★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un oggetto sul loro sito la domenica; é stato spedito il venerdì successivo (ovvero quasi una settimana dopo), anche se li avevo gentilmente pregati di spedire il prima possibile dato che era urgente. Quindi l'oggetto é stato spedito nei termini previsti, ma mi sarei augurato fossero più celeri. E in caso (visto che per me era urgente) sarebbe stata gradita una mail per segnalare la non disponibilità immediata dell'oggetto o il "ritardo" della spedizione.
Purchased an item on their site on Sunday; It was shipped the following Friday (ie almost a week later), although I kindly asked them to ship as soon as possible as it was urgent. So the item was shipped on time, but I would have wished they were faster. And in case (since it was urgent for me) an email would have been appreciated to report the immediate unavailability of the object or the "delay" of the shipment.
