È stato un ottimo affare, l'unico problema che ho avuto durante l'anno di garanzia è stato puntualmente sistemato senza spese. Oggi ho riportato l' MP3 in assistenza e mi hanno dato un uso uno scooter di cortesia per i giorni necessari alla riparazione. Direi veramente molto gentili e professionali. Assolutamente consigliati I bought a Piaggio MP3 used by them. It was a great deal, the only problem I had during the warranty year was promptly fixed free of charge. Today I brought the MP3 back to service and they gave me a courtesy scooter to use for the days needed for repair. I would say really very kind and professional. Absolutely recommended
R	Rosario Del Giudice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di un anno dall’acquisto posso dire quanto segue: - sull’acquisto ti seguono con grande educazione e disponibilità - consegna dello scooter con difetto della sella che, nel giro di una settimana, è stata sostituita dopo mia insistenza - bauletto e antifurto montati dopo un mese per problemi non ben definiti nonostante siano stati pagati insieme allo scooter - lo scooter, da quando l’ho acquistato, spesso si spegne durante la fase di decelerazione e, a volte, anche in curva rendendo la guida fastidiosa e pericolosa. Portato 3 volte in assistenza senza aver risolto il problema. L’ultima volta il mezzo l’hanno tenuto un mese per inviare la centralina in sede per farla riprogrammare senza che il problema sia stato comunque risolto. -il tagliando da fare entro i mille non è stato registrato sulla piattaforma della Kymco quindi non risulta come eseguita (dopo mie rimostranze sembra che stiano provvedendo) -la fattura di vendita l’ho dovuta richiedere più volte e mi è stata spedita ad Agosto nonostante il mezzo sia stato comprato a Maggio -mi avevano detto che tramite loro avrei potuto fare assicurazione con prezzi convenienti ma, dopo aver acquistato, ho dovuto provvedere da me visto che loro non potevamo più accedere a tale servizio Personalmente l’esperienza non può essere che valutata negativamente One year after the purchase, I can say the following: - they follow you on the purchase with great education and availability - delivery of the scooter with saddle defect which, within a week, was replaced after my insistence - top case and alarm fitted after one month for problems that are not well defined despite having been paid for together with the scooter - the scooter, since I bought it, often turns off during the deceleration phase and, sometimes, even when cornering, making driving annoying and dangerous. Brought to service 3 times without having solved the problem. The last time the vehicle was kept for a month to send the control unit to the office to have it reprogrammed without the problem having been solved anyway. - the service to be done within one thousand has not been registered on the Kymco platform so it is not as performed (after my grievances it seems that they are taking action) - I had to request the sales invoice several times and it was sent to me in August despite the fact that the vehicle was bought in May - they told me that through them I could make insurance with affordable prices but, after buying, I had to arrange for myself since they could no longer access this service Personally, the experience can only be evaluated negatively

Ho acquistato un Kymco 125 nuovo. Ordinato sabato e ritirato targato il giovedì successivo. Tommaso mi ha seguito nella vendita e dato indicazioni di base anche per uno che come me è neofita delle due ruote. Sono tutti molto competenti e credo che ritornerò da loro per le manutenzioni programmate. Il mio feedback è assolutamente positivo! Bravi ragazzi vi auguro tanti clienti.
