★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono un cliente che ha avuto la malaugurata sfortuna di incontrare il vostro responsabile, e con lui fare un contratto aziendale in data 26.10.2015. tante promesse al momento della stipula poi, nebbia totale.
nessuno sa niente, la richiamiamo dopo,(passano giorni e settimane ma non chiama nessuno)e dopo 60 gg. nessuno ancora sa dirmi se e quando avro' la possibilità di avere i terminali promessi con cui
peraltro devo lavorare e non fare giochini visto che è un contratto aziendale.
consiglio:non fate contratti con i vari agenti,andate direttamente nei centri specializzati,perdete solo mezza giornata di lavoro,ma risparmiate decine di ore al telefono per non ottenere nulla.
Magra consolazione:la gentilezza delle inacricate del call center sempre molto gentili.

tip: do not make contracts with the various agents, go directly to specialized centers, lose only half a day, but save tens of hours on the phone to get nothing.
Small consolation: the kindness of the call center operators always very kind.
