★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si lavora sodo e si è sempre seguiti nell'allenamento. Non è la classica palestra, l'attività e ben organizzata e l'ambiente molto piacevole; trovo in tutto lo staff gentilezza, cortesia e attenzione.
We work hard and have always followed training. It is not the classic gym, the activity is well organized and the environment is very pleasant; I find kindness, courtesy and attention in all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il loro punto di forza è che ti seguono personalmente, quindi in palestra hai la.certezza di fare gli esercizi correttamente! I personal-trainers sono molto competenti e disponibili e anche le segretarie. Ci sono varie possibilità per il benessere a tutto tondo.
Forse non è proprio cosi economico..
Their strong point is that they follow you personally, so in the gym you have the certainty of doing the exercises correctly! The personal trainers are very competent and helpful and so are the secretaries. There are various possibilities for all-round well-being.
Maybe it's not really that cheap ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando Lorenzo mi ha chiesto un commento sulla mia esperienza a Xbene ho ripercorso le mie precedenti esperienze tra palestre e dietologi e il bilancio è assolutamente a favore di quest'ultima. L'abbinamento tra allenamento e programma alimentare si è dimostrato vincente. La professionalità e la gentilezza degli istruttori è un plus di livello. Non ti senti solo a cercare di raggiungere l'obiettivo ma il costante confronto con loro ti supporta e ti stimola verso il risultato prefissato.
Una parola in più per Lorenzo con cui ho condiviso la maggior parte degli allenamenti e dei consigli su alimentazione ed esercizi, la sua presenza si è dimostrata fondamentale per il mio percorso.
When Lorenzo asked me for a comment on my experience at Xbene, I reviewed my previous experiences among gyms and dieticians and the budget is absolutely in favor of the latter. The combination of training and food program has proven to be successful. The professionalism and kindness of the instructors is a plus point. You don't feel alone trying to reach the goal but the constant comparison with them supports you and stimulates you towards the pre-set result.
One more word for Lorenzo with whom I shared most of the training and advice on nutrition and exercises, his presence proved to be fundamental for my path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I percorsi dimagrimento/tonificazione sono eccellenti. Si lavora a 360° su disturbi alimentari, preparazione atletica seguiti da personal trainer e trattamenti estetici con prodotti, tecniche mirate e personale super preparato. Il grasso non ha scampo.
