Dopo aver chiesto al titolare stesso via mail la disponibilità x i vari corsi ed esserci accordati, ci presentiamo in palestra, scoprendo che il corso non è in programma per quella sera. Spiazzati cerchiamo di chiedere informazioni al personal trainer, che appare titubante e impreparato su quelle che sono le attività della pestra. Per non perdere l ingresso (e tempo) decidiamo di allenarci lì ugualmente. Esperienza purtroppo negativa ma forse solo una spiacevole casualità. After asking the owner by e-mail the availability for the various courses and agreeing, we introduce ourselves to the gym, discovering that the course is not scheduled for that evening. Displaced we try to ask information to the personal trainer, who appears hesitant and unprepared on what are the activities of the pestra. In order not to lose the entrance (and time) we decide to train there anyway. Unfortunately, a negative experience but perhaps only an unpleasant randomness.

Devo dire che anche se breve la mia frequentazione è stata piacevole, personale preparato, gli istruttori ti seguono e cercato di darti tutti i correttivi possibili. La palestra si trova nella zona industriale di Imola, facilmente raggiungibilea, dispone di un'ampio parcheggio. I attended this gym for a short time (very short for personal visual problems). I must say that even though my attendance was brief, I was well prepared, the instructors follow you and tried to give you all the possible corrections. The gym is located in the industrial area of Imola, easily reachable, has ample parking.

Focalizzata soprattutto sul FIT CROSS, in sala pesi, tuttavia, si sentono a proprio agio anche i non fanatici di fitness. Mi sono iscritta principalmente per il corso di YOGA, e a questo riguardo alle 5 stelle vorrei aggiungere la lode! Potrebbe sembrare un luogo inadatto alla pratica di una disciplina come lo yoga, in realtà il maestro non ti fa mai perdere la concentrazione e i piccoli rumori non disturbano. Consigliatissima. Nice gym, equipped with brand new and special equipment. Focused above all on the FIT CROSS, in the weight room, however, even the non-fitness fanatics feel at ease. I enrolled mainly for the course of YOGA, and in this regard to the 5 stars I would like to add the praise! Crossfit è un ottima attività che permette di progredire da un punto di vista fisico ma anche di coltivare rapporti con altre persone. Ottimo anche il coach, Grande Yuri! Great gym! Da segnalare il corso Crossfit dove il proprietario rappresenta una sicurezza essendo stato uno dei primi a praticarlo e poi ad insegnarlo nel nostro territorio. Ci sono corsi di ginnastica funzionale e anche di Calisthenics, oltre ovviamente alla solita sala pesi. Consigliata! A different gym in Imola. Staff knowledgeable and helpful, clean rooms and customer care. To note the progress Crossfit where the owner is a safety being one of the first to practice it and then to teach it in our territory. There are functional gymnastics courses and also Calisthenics, besides obviously the usual weight room. Recommended!

Va bene se sei già esperto in questa disciplina poichè l'istruttore (che per altro è anche il titolare, Yuri) passa il tempo dedicato alla lezione al cellulare o a chiacchierare. (il crossfit se fatto male può portare danni seri) In più le molte regole della palestra valgono solo per i neo iscritti, i veterani amici del proprietario fanno ciò che vogliono.
