Fanno allenamento x atleti incoraggiano a fare sport ragazzini e ragazzine ..corsi ...e per come me è un po' più "grande" !! Quando si trova oltre al luogo professionale dove potersi allenare con la consapevolezza di poter contare su persone certamente preparate affidabili e competenti ma soprattutto umane simpatiche e sensibili che ti fanno sentire non un numero ma un singolo individuo speciale ❣️... Ti chiamano per nome perché ti conoscono sanno chi sei e conoscono il motivo per cui sei lì .... Sembra cosa scontata ... Ma non lo è affatto ed è proprio qui che sta la differenza ... ? Grazie alle competenze del personale, con programmi di allenamento personalizzati, e seguendo regolarmente i giusti corsi sono riuscita ad eliminare quasi tutti quei malesseri dovuti alla vita sendentaria. L'ambiente e' piacevole e tranquillo, il personale sempre disponibile e cortese.? For many years I come to this gym. Allo Sport Garage ho trovato un ambiente accogliente e una grande attenzione verso ogni persona. I trainer ti seguono passo dopo passo aiutandoti a raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati. I corsi, adatti ad ogni livello di allenamento, ti consentono di allenarti divertendoti. Frequento lo Sport Garage da oltre 5 anni e non posso fare altro che consigliarlo! Weight room, courses for all ages, personalized programs, qualified and available staff ... The Sport Garage association is this and much more. At the Sport Garage I found a welcoming environment and great attention to each person. The trainers follow you step by step helping you to reach the set goals. La passione che i trainer mettono nelle discipline, mi ha coinvolto e mi ha spronato a pormi degli obiettivi e a perseguirli. Questa palestra è stata proprio una bella sorpresa, la consiglio! I have been attending the Sport Garage gym for about 3 years. After other experiences in various structures I finally feel followed! The passion that trainers put into the disciplines involved me and spurred me to set goals and pursue them. This gym was quite a surprise, I recommend it!

Apprezzo molto la possibilità di frequentare sia la sala pesi che i corsi forniti dall'associazione con lo stesso abbonamento, per esempio, corso metabolico, funzionale, pamp e molti altri! Giorni e orari di apertura molto comodi! Gym with trained and present staff, they provide very valid and personalized training cards depending on what are the required objectives. Difficilmente bisogna attendere per utilizzarli. Personal trainer formati cordiali e superdisponibili, ti seguono durante tutto l'allenamento durante il periodo di cambio scheda, un servizio davvero impeccabile. È presente un'ampia zona cardio con tapis roulant, cyclette e syncro, zona pesi fornitissima più una piccola zona per corpo libero e addominali nella quale sono comunque presenti varie tipologie di attrezzature. L'ambiente è veramente amichevole ed é davvero un piacevole allenarsi. Inoltre dispone di due sale corsi al primo piano (corsi in orari facilmente accessibili ed adatti a tutti) Palestra pulita e climatizzata tutto l'anno. Ampio parcheggio gratuito all'esterno. Presenza all'interno della struttura di Posturologo e Osteopata, oltre che alla possibilità di essere seguito da un Nutrizionista. SUPER CONSIGLIATA! ?
