Solo dopo parlandone con un'amica ho realizzato che il metodo usato dalla ragazza per stabilire il fondotinta giusto per me era completamente sbagliato. Quella incompetente ha testato il prodotto sulla parte piu chiara del mio polso, che non conbacia per niente la mia pelle del viso. Se questa per voi può considerarsi un metodo di marketing allora sappiate che fa davvero schifo. A saleswoman recommended a foundation that doesn't match my skin tone. J	Jenny Perry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi ho avuto un esperienza pessima, il 13 luglio ho fatto il compleanno e la mia amica mi ha regalato una tinta e una matita uguali a quelli che già avevo, abbiamo chiamato il negozio per farci dire se potevamo cambiare i prodotti e entro quando e ci è stato detto " si potete cambiarli con lo scontrino dura un mese" ci rechiamo al negozio privi di sacchetto per la tinta e la commessa dopo aver guardato i prodotti ci dice che non li cambiano per il covid 19, inoltre ha voluto aggiungere che la tinta labbra era stata aperta, quella tinta labbra mai aperta è stata aperta piano e non tutto di un botto perché la boccetta(?) non lo permette, la commessa si è permessa di dire che loro se ne accorgevano da sopra ovvero dalla parte in cui è attaccato lo scovolino(?) che secondo lei doveva essere bianco, intatto e mi chiedo come sia possibile dopo che la tinta è stata aperta in quel modo, inoltre le ho pure detto "guarda che lo hai aperto tu per la prima volta e poi la parte dove si scarica il prodotto è bianca perché io appunto prima di provarla scarico il prodotto" inoltre guardando lo scontrino ha anche detto " è del 13 luglio non te lo posso cambiare" tecnicamente siamo ancora a luglio e se non potevano cambiarlo dovevano dirlo in chiamata, dopo questa vicenda abbiamo detto che passavamo un altro giorno e siamo state toccate sulla spalla e accompagnate all'uscita come se la commessa avesse capito che stavano andando via. Dopo che scelgo due Rossetti nel punto vendita di via Ruggero Settimo ( Palermo) dovevo pagare 11,85 avevo solamente 11 euro scambiati quindi porgo alla cassiera 20 euro e mi dice no mi devi dare 11 e 85 altrimenti non ho come fare nn ho resto non puoi pagare cn la carta? ( dico molto invadente...... Soprattutto se hai davanti una persona che NN SAI LA SUA DISPONIBILITÀ ECONOMICA) cmq morale della favola mi ha detto o aspetti che pagano gli altri oppure torni dopo ...... PROFESSIONALITÀ ZERO............. DELUSA VERAMENTE NN HO PAROLE UN NEGOZIO CHE NN HA IL RESTO DI 20 EURO COSA STA A FARE APERTO????? Fare andare via una cliente perché nn si ha il resto x me è molto basso come obiettivo......Lavorano sempre i raccomandati e la gente brava a casa..... Bad experience! Sa consigliare il prodotto giusto per ognuno, proponendo con garbo e professionalità ma senza imporre nulla. Io mi trovo benissimo! È il mio negozio di cosmetici in tutta Italia!
