Ho ordinato un gioco e già nella schermata di acquisto il tempo di consegna era ambiguo, c'era scritto "disponibile in 3-15 gg", ma non era ben specificato che quello era la tempistica per farlo arrivare in magazzino da loro e che poi si sarebbero dovuti aggiugnere i tempi di consegna. Ma vabbè, colpa mia (?) che non ho letto e analizzato tutto attentamente. Il problema è che il gioco non mi è mai arrivato, dopo 6 (SEI) settimane, e varie rassicurazioni da parte del servizio clienti che mi sarebbe arrivato a breve, ho annullato l'ordine. Non comprerò più giochi da loro I have had a very bad experience with uplay. I ordered a game and already on the purchase screen the delivery time was ambiguous, it said "available in 3-15 days", but it was not well specified that that was the timing for it to arrive in stock from them and then delivery times should have been added. But oh well, my fault (?) That I have not read and analyzed everything carefully. The problem is that the game never arrived, after 6 (SIX) weeks, and various assurances from customer service that it would arrive shortly, I canceled the order. I will no longer buy games from them

Gli ho scoperti da poco e ho già fatto due ordini in poco tempo. Devono solo appena migliorare la comunicazione, la quale funziona perchè rispondono sempre però forse per i tanti impegni tende ad essere un po' imprecisa. Ma sul serio è un ottimo negozio, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso e farò tanti altri acquisti presso di loro. Peccato non averli vicino casa! ;) I can say nothing but perfect, amazing and unique in Italy in terms of assortment and completeness of information on individual games. I recently discovered them and have already placed two orders in a short time. They just need to improve communication, which works because they always respond but perhaps due to the many commitments it tends to be a bit imprecise.
