Al ritiro dell'aspirapolvere, lo stesso, mi avvertiva che il cavo non era della lunghezza richiesta e che al momento non poteva sostituirlo perchè sprovvisto ma non mi sarei dovuto preoccupare in quanto mi avrebbe chiamato per la sostituzione appena sarebbe arrivato. Non avendo mai ricevuto alcuna chiamata, forse anche a causa della pandemia, ho chiamato io a distanza di qualche mese per sapere se fosse arrivato il cavo, ma lo stesso rispondeva che il cavo c'era e che avrei dovuto pagarlo in quanto era trascorso troppo tempo, quindi non lo avrebbe più sostituito. Inizialmente lo avevo consigliato anche ad altre persone e mai mi sarei aspettato un simile comportamento dal proprietario, ora non mi sentirei di consigliarlo a nessuno It lacks seriousness. Mi ha risolto il problema in mattinata e spiegato le procedure per una corretta manutenzione…Veramente professionale!!
