Ci sono tante piccole attenzioni che distinguono l'esperienza da un normale commercio: campioni che arrivano con una cartolina personalizzata, possibilità di far avvolgere alcune matasse (grazie grazie grazie!), mail con aggiornamenti chiari sull'andamento della spedizione.. insomma tutto perfetto.. per non parlare della selezione di filati assolutamente TOP e difficili da recuperare! L'impressione è accentuata quelle volte in cui, entrando, sì trova qualcuno che lavora a maglia seduto sul divano. I filati sono stati selezionati con evidente cura, forse per sopperire alla poca disponibilità di spazi per esporli. Sono tutti filati di qualità, bellissimi e alcuni molto particolari (penso ad esempio a quelli misto carta). Particolarmente felice la scelta di avere alcuni mezzi gomitoli per provare i filati, proprio aver approfittato di questa possibilità mi ha convinto a fare un acquisto su cui ero dubbioso. La proprietaria, è preparata, solare e molto disponibile. Gli orari di apertura sono un po' insoliti, forse perché nasce come negozio online (ha un profilo Instagram molto seguito),ma è possibile organizzare appuntamenti fuori orario. È un posto diverso dal solito, ricorda alcuni negozi visti all'estero, non a caso sono disponibili libri e riviste in inglese. Personalmente mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente, abbastanza da convincermi a scrivere la recensione XD The restaurant is in an interior, small but extremely welcoming, so much so that it looks like a sitting area. The impression is accentuated those times when, upon entering, you find someone knitting sitting on the sofa. The yarns have been carefully selected, perhaps to make up for the limited availability of spaces to display them. They are all quality yarns, beautiful and some very special (for example, mixed paper). The choice of having some half balls of yarn to try the yarns was particularly happy, just having taken advantage of this possibility convinced me to make a purchase on which I was doubtful. The owner is prepared, cheerful and very helpful. The opening hours are a bit unusual, perhaps because it was born as an online store (it has a very popular Instagram profile), but it is possible to organize appointments after hours. It's a different place than usual, remember some stores seen abroad, not surprisingly, books and magazines are available in English. Personally, I would highly recommend it, enough to convince me to write the XD review

"Poesia" per il tatto e la vista la bellezza che il suo contenuto mi ha regalato...mi sono imbattuta nel sito di wooldone per caso e che dire...sintonia al primo click...traspare subito l'attenzione alla scelta dei filati, l'amore per tutto ciò che è "autentico" e semplice...anche il produrre pane in casa, altra passione che condivido! Non conosco Giulia di persona ma è come se avessi già molto in comune con lei e non finirò mai di ringraziarla per tutta la sua disponibilità, gentilezza, fatta anche di piccole attenzioni, che mi ha dedicato nell'acquisto seguito fino alla consegna con molta cura! Un lavoro svolto con passione e dedizione, consiglio vivamente il suo sito per acquisti curati in ogni dettaglio. "Poetry" for the touch and the sight the beauty that its content has given me ... I came across the wooldone site by chance and what to say ... harmony at the first click ... the attention to choice immediately shines through yarns, love for everything that is "authentic" and simple ... even making bread at home, another passion that I share! I do not know Giulia in person but it is as if I already had a lot in common with her and I will never stop thanking her for all her availability, kindness, also made up of small attentions, which she dedicated to me in the purchase followed up to delivery with great care !
