They are wow, always available to give advice even through messages, competent and kind, they always have everything I ask for and if it is not available at the moment they can find it in no time. It's nice to walk into a shop and find smiles (under the masks), passion and competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ragazze sono moooolto gentili e disponibili! Ho scoperto questa merceria per caso durante Giardini e Terrazzi e mi hanno subito colpito le loro passamanerie uniche e particolari! Anche durante il primo lockdown mi sono rivolta a loro per delle stoffe (bellissime) e hanno effettuato la consegna a domicilio. Non sono una che cuce ma se mi serve qualcosa è il primo negozio al quale mi rivolgo :) ... Super stra consigliato
The girls are sooooo nice and helpful! I discovered this haberdashery by chance during Giardini e Terrazzi and I was immediately struck by their unique and particular trimmings! Even during the first lockdown I turned to them for some (beautiful) fabrics and they delivered home. I'm not someone who sews but if I need something it's the first shop I go to :) ... Super recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono felicissima di aver scoperto questa merceria! Mi è capitato in altri luoghi di sentirmi un po' "giudicata" in quanto principiante sia nell'uncinetto che nel ricamo e quindi con idee ben poco chiare su quello che mi serviva.
Qui invece mi sono state davvero gentilissime: mi hanno spiegato diverse cose per aiutarmi a capire cosa mi serviva per il mio progetto. Inoltre adoro tutti i kit di macramè, uncinetto e molto altro che hanno in vetrina!
I am delighted to have discovered this haberdashery! I happened in other places to feel a little "judged" as a beginner in both crochet and embroidery and therefore with very unclear ideas about what I needed.
Here, on the other hand, they were really kind to me: they explained several things to help me understand what I needed for my project. Plus I love all the macrame, crochet and more kits they have on display!
