Ho spedito una raccomandata a Gennaio 2020 per riattivare (seguendo la loro procedura) un cofanetto scaduto. Alla ricezione della raccomandata loro mi avrebbero inviato per email un nuovo codice per riattivare il cofanetto. Ho ricevuto l' avviso di ricevimento a i primi giorni di Gennaio ma della mail per riattivare il tutto nemmeno l' ombra.
Unreliable and unprofessional.
I sent a registered letter in January 2020 to reactivate (following their procedure) an expired box. Upon receipt of the registered letter, they would have sent me a new code by email to reactivate the box. I received the acknowledgment of receipt in the first days of January but of the email to reactivate everything, not even the shadow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Febbraio ho inviato la mia richiesta di proroga del cofanetto (in scadenza 30/04/2021) seguendo istruzioni sul sito e mandando raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno. Poiche' non avevo ricevuto nessun aggiornamento sul sito, ma la ricevuta risultava consegnata, ho chiamato dopo piu' di 15 giorni lavorativi (come richiesto nel sito). Alla chiamata ha risposto un signore, che dopo il check dei miei dati e numeri di riferimento, ha spostato il valore corrispondente al cofanetto nella sezione "crediti". Ci tengo a precisare la professionalita' e la velocita': in meno di 5 minuti e spiegandomi tutti i passaggi prima di procedere, ha risolto il mio problema!
In February I sent my request for extension of the box (expiring 30/04/2021) following instructions on the site and sending registered letter with return receipt. Since I had not received any updates on the site, but the receipt was delivered, I called after more than 15 working days (as requested on the site). The call was answered by a gentleman who, after checking my data and reference numbers, moved the value corresponding to the box to the "credits" section. I want to clarify the professionalism and the speed: in less than 5 minutes and explaining all the steps before proceeding, he solved my problem!
