Ci hanno organizzato un weekend in un posto dove non era possibile accedere alla visita delle isole (nel periodo da loro proposto), hanno provato a depistarci per demotivarci a chiedere un rimborso.. gli abbiamo spiegato noi come fare....non sono stati neanche in grado di acquistare un biglietto del treno con passeggino...mi sono ritrovata a fare 6 h di viaggio con la carrozzina sul tavolo! Se avessi fatto da sola avrei fatto meglio. Sono incompetenti. Non consigliato.
Negative! They organized a weekend in a place where it was not possible to visit the islands (in the period they proposed), they tried to undermine us to demotivate us to ask for a refund .. we explained how to do .... have not been not even able to buy a train ticket with a stroller ... I found myself doing 6 hours of travel with the wheelchair on the table! If I had done alone I would have done better. They are incompetent. Not recommended.
