Penso che nella vita di ognuno confrontarsi con se se stessi e le proprie paure , sia la cosa più difficile e interessante da fare. Ed io L ho trovata in questa scuola. Avere a che fare con un maestro del suo calibro mi ha donato tutto questo! Trovare in una scuola , dedizione ,serietà , divertimento, amore e passione per l’arte marziale è raro..... Non potevo che avere un percorso marziale e di vita migliore di così. E non potevo non meritarmi una persona così, come punto di riferimento. Master Carlo Bernardi ha praticato nella sua carriera di marzialista 7 stili diversi di Escrima, per poi approdare in modo definitivo al Latosa Escrima.Non puoi pensare ad autodifenderti senza considerare l'importanza della tua preparazione atletica che in questa scuola è fondamentale Functional Training – Crossfit – Interval Training – Tacfit – Circuit Training ecc....E allora che dire mi sento vivamente di consigliare a tutti di venire a provare. Il nostro motto è FACTA NON VERBA. Several years ago since I started and I assure you that it is the right place for those who really want to learn this wonderful Martial Art for self defense training in the truest way. Along with Wing Tsun, Escrima is definitely not to be overlooked. Master Carlo Bernardi has practiced in his martial career 7 different styles of Escrima, and then finally landed at Latosa Escrima.You cannot think about self-defense without considering the importance of your athletic training which is fundamental in this school Functional Training - Crossfit - Interval Training - Tacfit - Circuit Training etc .... E adatto a tutte le età ed entrambi i sessi, sia ai principianti che ad esperti di discipline marziali, la professionalità del maestro e dei suoi collaboratori è eccellente, con tutti gli allievi ci si allena in un clima familiare e stimolante. Inoltre la sede di Roma Magliana è spaziosa, attrezzata ed accogliente. Davvero consiglio a tutti di andare a conoscere Sifu Carlo Bernardi e provare una sua lezione! The WTDA of Sifu Carlo Bernardi is a path of technical and physical preparation that I feel I can recommend to everyone. A lezione ho subito trovato un bel gruppo che mi ha accolto come meglio non si poteva e la preparazione del maestro ha fatto il resto! :) Veramente ottimo sia il lavoro tecnico che la parte dedicata alla preparazione atletica, con un intero armadio a nostra esclusiva disposizione per le attrezzature! By chance, a few years ago, my life path crossed with that of SIfu Carlo Bernardi, a teacher and a really thick person. In class I immediately found a nice group who welcomed me as best they could and the preparation of the teacher did the rest! :) Really excellent both the technical work and the part dedicated to athletic training, with an entire wardrobe at our exclusive disposal for the equipment!

L'Escrima che viene insegnato è estremamente attuale ed utile nella realtà della strada. Eccezionale è la preparazione atletica che viene svolta ad ogni fine lezione, utlizzando attrezzature sportive all'avanguardia. E' da sottolineare la professionalità e la chiarezza di esposizione del maestro. Mi sento di consigliare questi corsi a tutti , dai bambini agli adulti e soprattutto alle donne. Excellent sports center for self-defense training. Noteworthy is the Filipino martial art (Escrima) which is taught together with Wing Tsun. The Escrima that is taught is extremely current and useful in the reality of the street. Exceptional is the athletic training that is carried out at each end of the lesson, using advanced sports equipment. It should be emphasized the professionalism and clarity of exposure of the master. I can recommend these courses to everyone, from children to adults and especially women.

Sifu Carlo una persona di grande professionalità ma soprattutto di tanta esperienza nel 2018 ha compiuto 50 anni di arti marziali , ma sempre alla ricerca e allo studio di nuove strategie soprattutto nel combattimento, ottima.preparazione atletica.
