I macchinari sono della Technogym, il top che si può chiedere si ti alleni seriamente. E' una struttura su due livelli davvero grande. Sono attenti alla pulizia ed all'igiene. da non perdere le le lezioni con Barbara che fa Hiit. A gym of excellence in the Rome Eur Montagnola area. the instructors are all good and prepared and above all they follow you in all your workouts. The machines are from Technogym, the top you can ask for if you train seriously. It is a really large split level structure. They are attentive to cleanliness and hygiene. do not miss the lessons with Barbara doing Hiit.

Clean gym with lots of equipment in the weight room with machines hard to find elsewhere. Top instructors. I highly recommend it.

Nice big gym. there are 4 activity rooms plus a huge weight room. the machines are great for training seriously and with intensity. professional and qualified instructors. the best in the mound.
