O	Operazione Barbarossa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signorina bionda dovrebbe fare un corso di customer care. Ignorante, arrogante e piena di presunzione. Non mi fermerò a questo post negativo, ma inviando anche una lettera raccomandata alla wind per il comportamento poco professionale e non predisposto ad un cliente che ha stipulato in questo negozio un contratto. Evidentemente è abituata così per il modo assolutamente negativo che dimostra verso un cliente. Non si sdogana un problema serio dicendo: "chiami il 159 il problema non è mio ma suo" . Vergognatevi! The blonde lady should take a customer care course. Ignorant, arrogant and full of presumption. I will not stop at this negative post, but also sending a registered letter to the wind for the unprofessional and unprepared behavior to a customer who has entered into a contract in this shop. Evidently she is used to this for the absolutely negative way she shows towards a client. A serious problem is not cleared of customs by saying: "call 159 the problem is not mine but yours". e	e Fantini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi poco seri e poco professionali. Non ci andate rischio truffa. Mi sono recato ad agosto per pagare una bolletta. La commessa mi ha detto che spendevo troppo e prendendo una sim dati con la convergenza, avrei avuto uno sconto in bolletta superiore al costo della sim. Niente di più falso, ho preso la sim da loro e a due mesi di distanza nessuno sconto ricevuto ma ho una sim in più da pagare (e sono obbligato a tenerla per 24 mesi per non avere penali). Ho chiamato il negozio e la stessa commessa mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere,non mi ha mai richiamato, l'ho dovuta richiamare due volte alla settimana per 3 settimane e tutte le volte, dopo aver dato fantasiose scuse sui motivi delle mancate chiamate, la commessa mi diceva che stavano per sbloccare la cosa. Anche queste affermazioni erano probabilmente false come i soldi del monopoli. Adesso ho avviato tramite pec un reclamo a Wind tre dopo essermi informato al Corecom. Mi pento sinceramente di aver avuto fiducia in loro, vi suggerisco di non rischiare. Anche se dovesse costare tempo e denaro farò in modo di essere risarcito con gli interessi, è questione di rispetto e onestà. Bad, not serious and unprofessional. Do not go there risk of scam. I sincerely regret having trusted them, I suggest you not to risk. Even if it costs time and money I will make sure to be compensated with interest, it is a matter of respect and honesty.
