M	Marco Peduto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale saccente scortese e assolutamente non disponibile!!il commesso alla mia domanda ma lei lavora per tim mi risponde no lavoro per il titolare nome e cognome.....quindi la prossima volta che voglio assistenza TIM vado all'ikea sicuramente sono piu gentili e forse sono anche piu preparati di loro!!stare al pubblico non è sicuramente un cosa semplice ma disponibilità gentilezza cortesia e capacità di comprendere le esigenze del cliente sono caratteristiche fondamentali per chi fa questo lavoro....cosa che no ho assolutamente trovato in questo negozio. Outrageous staff and absolutely not available !! the clerk to my question but she works for tim I answer no job for the owner name and surname ..... so the next time I want TIM assistance I go to Ikea surely they are kinder and maybe they are even more prepared than them !! being to the public is definitely not a simple thing but availability kindness courtesy and ability to understand the customer's needs are fundamental characteristics for those who do this job .... something that I absolutely did not find in this shop.

Persone molto preparato e disponibile a fornire assistenza anche privatamente tramite sms. Veramente un ottimo punto di riferimento per tutti coloro che sono clienti Tim o che vogliono sapere come fare per esserlo. Consigliatissimo....! The location is great as it makes use of Tim's help desk in a small shopping mall. People very prepared and willing to provide assistance even privately via sms. Truly an excellent point of reference for all those who are Tim customers or who want to know how to do so. Highly recommended ....!

Hanno voluto il mio numero di cellulare per richiamarmi, ma non li ho più sentiti. Complimenti per l'efficienza assolutamente da sconsigliare. Purtroppo non si può valutare con zero stelle. Non-existent assistance I asked to be able to repair a cell phone purchased from them but they were unable to give me any information. They wanted my cell phone number to call me back, but I never heard them again. Congratulations on the efficiency absolutely not recommended. Unfortunately it cannot be rated with zero stars.

D	Davide Martinozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto al negozio per un passaggio dalla linea adsl alla fibra ...pur trovando delle difficoltà dovute ad un errore del sistema centrale , di cui il negozio non aveva nessuna colpa , che non permetteva tale passaggio sono rimasto ugualmente soddisfatto dalla competenza e la professionalità trovate .... perché sono stato seguito fino ad oggi e grazie a tale insistenza da parte del personale oggi pomeriggio il tecnico della Tim ha effettuato il passaggio ...un grazie soprattutto alla consulente del negozio , Ramona che con professionalità e competenza è riuscita a portare a buon fine la pratica . Negozio consigliatissimo ... I turned to the shop for a transition from the ADSL line to the fiber ... although I found difficulties due to an error in the central system, of which the shop had no fault, which did not allow such a transition, I was equally satisfied with the competence and the professionalism found .... because I have been followed until today and thanks to this insistence by the staff this afternoon the Tim technician made the change ... thanks above all to the consultant of the shop, Ramona who with professionalism and competence is managed to bring the practice to fruition.
