★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è cascato il mio Redmi 7 note della Xiaomi bloccando il tasto di accensione facendolo accendere e spegnere in continuazione. Ho telefonato e fortunatamente avevano il ricambio in negozio e in un ora me lo hanno riparato. Prezzo del ricambio onesto. Il giorno dopo sono tornata per un disguido sull'autoparlante e me lo hanno sistemato immediatamente senza nessun costo. Veloci, gentili, professionali.
 I dropped my Xiaomi Redmi 7 note by blocking the power button making it turn on and off continuously. I phoned and luckily they had the spare part in the shop and in an hour they repaired it for me. Fair replacement price. The next day I came back for a mistake on the speaker and they fixed it for me immediately at no cost. Fast, kind, professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio PC non si accendeva più e l'ho portato qui una mattina(un lunedì) mi era stato detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere nel pomeriggio stesso o nella mattinata seguente...ho dovuto chiamarli io il pomeriggio seguente per aver informazioni. Dopo aver fatto il preventivo viene ordinata una nuova scheda madre, quella che serviva per fare tornare operativo il PC con tanto di ripristino di sistema con backup dati; arriva tutto ed entro sabato mattina è tutto pronto, il pc funziona e devo andarlo a ritirare. Una volta ritirato e tornato a casa iniziano i primi problemi, si erano dimenticati di darmi il cavo dell'alimentazione (pensavo fosse nella scatola della scheda madre che mi è stata data) e siccome il sabato ci sono solo la mattina ho dovuto aspettare due giorni prima di poter utilizzare nuovamente il pc. Ho provato a contattarli via Facebook e un operatore (lui gentilissimo) ha cercato di aiutarmi, per quanto fosse fuori regione, ma alla fine sono stato ignorato.Passati due giorni e tornato in possesso del mio cavo, accendo e con sorpresa noto che non è stato effettuato nessun backup dei dati e avevo il PC completamente vuoto. Chiamo per delucidazioni e mi dicono "avevo capito che non lo volevi" quando avevo espresso almeno un paio di volte il contrario. Nessune scuse o un minimo segno di dispiacere ricevuto. Peccato. Almeno il PC funziona.
My PC didn't turn on anymore and I brought it here one morning (Monday) I was told that they would let me know in the same afternoon or the following morning ... I had to call them the following afternoon for information. After making the estimate, a new motherboard is ordered, the one that was used to make the PC operational again complete with system restore with data backup; everything arrives and by Saturday morning everything is ready, the pc works and I have to go and collect it. Once collected and returned home the first problems begin, they forgot to give me the power cable (I thought it was in the motherboard box that was given to me) and since Saturdays are only in the morning I had to wait two days before you can use your pc again. I tried to contact them via Facebook and an operator (he was very kind) tried to help me, even though he was outside the region, but in the end I was ignored. Two days passed and I got back in possession of my cable, I switch on and with surprise I notice that it is not No data backup was made and my PC was completely empty. I call for clarification and they tell me "I understood you didn't want it" when I had expressed the opposite at least a couple of times. No apologies or the slightest sign of regret received. Sin. At least the PC works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio pc portatile perchè scaldava eccessivamente ed aveva il masterizzatore fuori uso. E' stata fatta una pulizia profonda e sostituito alcune cose. Avevo necessità di riaverlo il prima possibile e me lo hanno reso in tempi brevissimi. Professionali e onesti. Consiglio vivamente. Daniele
