β β β β β Molto professionali ed efficienti, hanno risolto un problema di difficile gestione per il quale cercvamo soluzioni da anni. Fino ad ora altri centri windtre e servizio clienti business non erano riusciti neppure a darci valide indicazioni. In pochi minuti hanno reso possibile superare un disservizio permettendoci di poter recuperare tutta la funzionalitΓ del servizio. Bravissimi???
 Very professional and efficient, they have solved a difficult problem for which we have been looking for solutions for years. Until now, other windtre centers and business customer service have not even been able to give us valid indications. In a few minutes they made it possible to overcome a disservice allowing us to recover all the functionality of the service. Very good???

Reliable. They could not solve the problem for me but they identified it immediately in less than a minute, and gave clear indications of how to solve it.
(at another point I had to wait an hour and a half)

β β β β β Davvero poco professionali. Non hanno spiegato bene i dettagli contrattuali e hanno preso dei soldi dal nostro conto che nn avrebbero dovuto senza avvisare o altro. Quando L ho chiamato per chiarificare mi hanno detto che mi richiamavano e nn mi hanno richiamato. Pericolosamente per nulla professionali!!! Non raccomando ne wind3 tanto meno questo negozio!!
In risposta alla vostra risposta mi spiace ma se non fossimo state noi ad accorgerci dell errore nessuno se ne sarebbe accorto. Non di certo prontamente voi!! E le ribadisco mi sembra davvero poco professionale e pericoloso, per questo una stella, non avvisare nemmeno il cliente dei soldi che erroneamente prendete. Arrivederci e cercate di migliorarvi invece di proteggervi. Anche solo il fatto che nn accettiate e non capiate i feedback dei clienti mi sembra allarmante! Buon lavoro
Really unprofessional. They didn't explain the contractual details well and took some money from our account that they shouldn't have without warning or otherwise. When I called him to clarify they told me they would call me back and they didn't call me back. Dangerously not professional at all !!! I do not recommend nor wind3 much less this shop !!
In response to your answer, I'm sorry but if we hadn't noticed the mistake, no one would have noticed. Certainly not promptly you !! And I repeat it seems to me really unprofessional and dangerous, for this a star, do not even notify the customer of the money you mistakenly take. Goodbye and try to improve yourself instead of protecting yourself. Even just the fact that you don't accept and don't understand customer feedback seems alarming to me! good job
