, in piu hanno usato materiali scarsi e ho perso l impermeabilità del cellulare, facendomi bruciare lo smartphone! Sconsigiato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il telefono di mio marito (un huawei un po’ vecchiotto, in verità) si riavvia in continuazione. Non si riesce a lanciare alcuna applicazione che si riavvia, e a volte si riavvia anche senza aver lanciato alcunché. Mio marito ha portato il cellulare in riparazione, ipotizzando egli stesso che potesse trattarsi, in prima battuta, della batteria al termine del suo ciclo di vita naturale. È stato, correttamente, ipotizzato anche un problema di software. Dopo 24h ci hanno avvisato che il telefono non mostrava alcun difetto. Il telefono continua incessantemente a riavviarsi e non c’è alcuna possibilità di utilizzo. Per esempio, ci è stato suggerito di installare Ccleaner, operazione che stiamo facendo a fatica fra un riavvio e l’altro (quando riparte riprende automaticamente il download). Non posso dire che siano stati disonesti perché non è stato chiesto nulla per l’intervento, però avrei preferito pagare a fronte di una ricerca un po’ più approfondita del problema, problema che innegabilmente c’è e mi riesce difficile credere che il telefono non si sia mai riavviato nel tempo che è stato fisicamente in negozio. Un’occasione sprecata, anche perché questo negozio è molto vicino e comodo a casa. Peccato.

A software problem was also correctly hypothesized. After 24h they informed us that the phone did not show any defect. The phone continues to restart and there is no possibility of use. For example, we have been suggested to install Ccleaner, an operation that we are struggling between a restart and the other (when it restarts it automatically resumes the download). I can not say that they were dishonest because nothing was asked for the intervention, but I would have preferred to pay in the face of a slightly more thorough research of the problem, a problem that undeniably exists and I find it difficult to believe that the phone does not has never restarted in the time that has been physically in the store. A wasted opportunity, also because this shop is very close and comfortable at home. Sin.
