È una nuova gestione da febbraio , ci sono due ragazzi molto disponibili , preparati e onesti .
Ve lo consiglio ?

Ho trovato competenza, gentilezza, negozio pulito e ordinato e mi hanno chiarito dei dubbi in modo esauriente.
Sono rimasta molto contenta di vedere due giovani così bravi e seri nel loro lavoro e ho fatto un nuovo contratto.
Bravi ragazzi siete un bellissimo esempio.
Ho scoperto poi che è nuova gestione da Febbraio.

Avendo necessità di cambiare la mia tariffa telefonica, oramai datata mi sono recato nel negozio di Peschiera del Garda che è abilitato a seguire i clienti business.
Ho trovato in Alberto, uno dei titolari, un ottimo consulente che mi ha assistito in ogni passaggio.
Permettendomi di sistemare velocemente una vecchio insoluto del 2016 che non sapevo nemmeno di avere e relativo a un numero che avevo cessato di utilizzare dopo pochi mesi.
E, successivamente, è riuscito a farmi attivare l'offerta che desideravo.
Per far ciò ha dovuto fare diverse telefonate in sede che gli hanno portato via tanto tempo.
Ma alla fine ha raggiunto l'obiettivo.
Questo vuol dire mettere al centro il cliente.
E lui e suo fratello, Mirko, lo fanno con tutti.
Infatti, mentre ero in negozio ho potuto notare la cura con cui hanno seguito ogni cliente che è entrato.
Un servizio da 10 e lode.

Maleducato e non ammette l'errore, avvolte la limpidezza risolverebbe un sacco di problemi, facile approfittare di persone anziane e non di lingua italiana... Invece di aiutare a capire approfitta delle incomprensioni altrui, Wind per colpa di verità omesse ha addebitato delle spese che ne Vodafone ne Tim avevano trattenuto, complimenti la parola scusate non ci siamo capitoli, avrebbe risolto la situazione ma l'arroganza di Mirko ha incolpato il cliente facendoci passare per sprovveduti. Peccato la ragazza che c,'era prima di lui era eccezionale,
