La mia preoccupazione era capire se la compagnia telefonica fosse valida dal punto di vista della ricezione, quindi se, in parole povere ‘prendesse’ almeno nell’area in cui abito. Mi è stato risposto ‘non so cosa dirle, ma tanto costa poco quindi perché non farlo’. Una risposta che mi ha fatto veramente spettacciare le palle sul pavimento. Non mi è stato spiegato nient’altro. Questa è la professionalità? Inoltre mi sono state rivolte osservazioni sui miei tatuaggi e sul mio abbigliamento (giacca e pantalone da commessa) veramente inopportune. Ero molto interessata all’offerta e se avessi trovato una persona competente che mi avesse dato risposte convincenti avrei cambiato compagnia telefonica. Voto con una stella perché di meno non posso dare.
I went to the fastweb box to ask for information: it was a truly mediocre experience. My concern was to understand if the telephone company was valid from the point of view of reception, so if, in other words, it 'picked up' at least in the area where I live. I was replied 'I don't know what to tell you, but it costs so much so why not do it'. An answer that made me really giggle my balls on the floor. Nothing else was explained to me. Is this professionalism? Also I have been made comments on my tattoos and on my clothing (jacket and pants for a saleswoman) really inappropriate. I was very interested in the offer and if I had found a competent person who had given me convincing answers, I would have changed the telephone company. I vote with one star because I can't give less.
