★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho chiesto una sim a consumo ma l'azienda gliene fornisce 2 al mese. Potevo prenotarla x maggio 2021. Meno male che ci sono altri negozi in città un cui si trova questo prodotto!
 Friendly and helpful staff. I asked for a pay-as-you-go sim but the company provides 2 a month. I could book it for May 2021. Luckily there are other shops in town where you can find this product!

E consiglio vivamente di non abbonarvi a fastweb. Qualsiasi altra compagnia ha sicuramente più cura del cliente, perché questo pseudo negozio non vi aiuterà proprio in nulla, tempo perso andarci. Esattamente come il numero clienti, non aiutano e intanto continuano a scalare i soldi perché con addebito su conto. Se potessi darei ZERO stelle.
More than bad, arrogance is king.
And I highly recommend not to subscribe to fastweb. Any other company definitely has more customer care, because this pseudo shop won't help you in anything, wasted time going there. Just like the number of customers, they do not help and in the meantime they continue to scale the money because they are charged to the account. If I could I would give ZERO stars.

I went to the store to do an internet and mobile network contract. I found maximum availability and professionalism. The guy who works there explained all the procedures to me in an exceptional way. I warmly thank him for the help and availability he has given me. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.
