Per piccoli problemi in fase d'attivazione mi fornirono supporto via skype, il modulo funziona già da tempo e non dà noie. Direi che si può essere più che soddisfatti di Shine Software :) Mythical Chat support is always very helpful and attentive. For small problems in the activation phase they provided me support via skype, the module has been working for some time and does not cause problems. I would say that you can be more than satisfied with Shine Software :)

Il modulo che abbiamo acquistato non ci ha mai dato problemi, tranne all'inzio in cui c'era un piccolo problema con l'invio delle mail ma a cui abbiamo ricevuto immediatamente assistenza per la risoluzione della problematica. "Live" service, fast and precise. The form that we bought we were never given problems, except at the beginning when there was a slight problem with sending mail but we immediately received assistance for the resolution of the problem.

A modulo non ancora istallato abbiamo chiesto delle info su alcune funzionalità e avendo capito di dover pagare sensibilmente di più per poterlo regolarmente utilizzare abbiamo deciso di recedere dal contratto ed annullare l'ordine. Shinesoftware ci ha risposto che sul software non si poteva fare il recesso in quanto l'ordine era stato già evaso quando in realtà non è stato mai istallato e tantomeno è stata fatta la messa in produzione in quanto noi non abbiamo fornito tutte le credenziali per poter effettuare l'istallazione. Alla fine ci siamo accorti che il modulo che viene pubblicizzato al prezzo di 199 euro noi per poterlo utilizzare avremmo dovuto spendere circa oltre 1.300,00 euro. Esperienza negativa oltretutto siamo stati anche contattati per rimuovere il commento e che in caso contrario saremmo stati denunciati per diffamazione ma Noi ci siamo limitati a descrivere i fatti esattamente come sono accaduti , niente altro quindi non è nostra intenzione rimuovere commenti o recensioni. Purchased the SHINE Easyfatt SYNC module with the addition of support and release tests in production. A module we have not yet installed asked about some of the features and perceived to have significantly pay more to be able to use regularly, we decided to terminate the contract and cancel the order. Shinesoftware told us that the software could not make the withdrawal as the order had been already processed when in fact it was never installed, let alone the Mass was made in production because we have not provided all the credentials to perform the installation. Eventually we realized that the module is being advertised at a price of 199 Euros us to use it we would have to spend about more than 1.300,00 euro. Bad experience plus we were also contacted to remove the comment and that otherwise would have been sued for libel but We limited ourselves to describing the facts exactly as they happened, nothing else so it is not our intention to remove comments or reviews.

Mah!!! Magento è fatto così bene, che teoricamente non dovrebbe essere necessario nessun intervento post-vendita... We had a few features which we requested and the guys at Shine Software were only too happy to help by modifying the extension to our needs. The extension works perfectly now whilst I can only recommend these guys highly enough who respond to emails quickly at the same time providing excellent support. Keep up the good work guys ;)
