Entri in negozio alle 18:40 per chiedere info e i ragazzi giovani che lavorano sono già con la faccia amareggiata....non è che vengo a comperare un barattolo di Nutella da 5€! Negli US questo negozio avrebbe già fallito! Sopravivono solo per il "brand" Apple che si trascinano dietro. You call and no one answers. You enter the shop at 6:40 pm to ask for info and the young guys who work are already with a bitter face .... it's not like I come to buy a 5 € jar of Nutella! In the US this shop would have already failed! They survive only for the "brand" Apple that they carry around.

No disponían del cargador, algo que entraba en mis cálculos, pero NO HICIERON NADA por ayudarme. Solo mirarme y sonreirme. !Cuando alguien representa a una marca como Apple se espera de él más empatía con los clientes! Encontré una tienda pequeña en la que estuvieron llamando a varios sitios hasta que me localizaron uno... !Lo que debía haber hecho c&c Triestre! During a trip to the north of Italy, I urgently needed a charger for my MacbookPro to continue teleworking and, of course, I went to the Apple Center in the city hoping that they could help me. They did not have the charger, something that entered into my calculations, but THEY DID NOTHING to help me. Just look at me and smile at me. When someone represents a brand like Apple, more empathy with customers is expected! I found a small store where they were calling several sites until they located one for me... What c&c Trieste should have done!
