★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per un attivazione semplice di un piano tariffario costo 30 euro avrei dovuto pagarne 19euro tra attivazioni e costi e null altro.Mi ritrovo invece di 11 di credito soltanto 2 piu scopro un servizio di 20cent sul piano a settimana non modificabile. Chiamate il 155 per avere info giuste !
for a simple activation of a tariff plan cost 30 euros I would have had to pay 19euro between activations and costs and null null.Mi find myself instead of 11 of credit only 2 more I discover a service of 20cent on the plan to week not modifiable. Call 155 to get the right info!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un telefono XIAOMI presso questo negozio la prima settimana di novembre. ll telefono dopo 5 giorni non funzionava già più e ho telefonato l'assistenza XIAOMI che mi ha detto di fare il ripristino generale. Ho provato per qualche tempo il telefono (2 settimane) ma continuava a non funzionare in maniera corretta. Dopo circa 1 mese ho portato il telefono da loro sperando che me lo sostituissero con uno nuovo(avendo spiegato che non avevo un telefono di riserva). E invece mi hanno lasciata senza un telefono per circa 2 mesi causandomi dei problemi non indifferenti. Mi sono anche trasferita all'estero nel frattempo e non si sono offerti neanche di predisporre una spedizione a carico loro. RISPETTO E TUTELA DEL CONSUMATORE 0!!!!!!
I bought a XIAOMI phone at this store the first week of November. The phone was no longer working after 5 days and I phoned XIAOMI support who told me to do the general reset. I tried the phone for some time (2 weeks) but it still didn't work properly. After about 1 month I took the phone to them hoping that they would replace it with a new one (having explained that I didn't have a spare phone). But instead they left me without a phone for about 2 months causing me not indifferent problems. I also moved abroad in the meantime and they didn't even offer to arrange a shipment for them. RESPECT AND CONSUMER PROTECTION 0 !!!!!!
