★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se Potete evitarli fatelo o se non potete fatevi consegnare i contratti di tutto quello che vi vendono.Ho comprato un iPhone XS con tim next ed ho fatto una polizza casco e furto.mi avevano detto che in caso di perdita o danneggiamento avrei pagato solo 67 euro.Oggi ho scoperto che per il danno ci vogliono 150/160 euro mentre x il furto 250. Sicuramente se avete comprato il telefono da loro con la stessa formula vi sarà stato consegnato un contratto di sole 2 pagine anziché 32...Purtroppo la legge non scusa “l ignoranza”ed oggi mi ritrovo a dover accettare amaramente la scoperta.
Però nel chiamare sempresicuro ho scoperto che nemmeno il contratto mi hanno caricato e quindi per loro(fino a quando non gli mandavo tramite email il mio contratto)io non esistevo.
Almeno per questo vi ringrazio Per i 10 gg che sto perdendo per caricare la pratica e per i prossimi 15 che aspetterò per la riparazione.
Infatti mi sono rivolto ad un avvocato che difende i consumatori e lunedì lo incontro per sottoporgli la questione.
Chiederò il contratto integrale è dimostrerò che ho subito un danno.
La garanzia casco mi è costata 240 euro spalmate in 30 mesi e li ho pagati per garantirmi....di non rimanere senza cell più di quello che in contratto mi è stato garantito.
Quindi se altre persone hanno comprato un prodotto simile e gli è stato detto della franchigia di 60/70 euro e gli è stato consegnato un contratto di 2 pagine mi contattino che ....L Unione fa la forza.
Se mi dicevate la verità...magari L avrei comprato ugualmente o forse no ...
Mi meraviglio di come TIM sia partner di queste realtà .
