Ragazze poco attente che dopo aver aspettato tutta la fila, mi dicono: ma ancora dovete chiedere? Quando poi mi hanno ignorata del tutto, solo una stava ancora facendo un contratto. Ho spiegato il mio problema e mentre parlavo c'era la ragazza dietro me che spazzava a terra (non ero l'unica cliente)!! mi hanno detto che era tardi e che la tim raramente risponde a quell'ora, ed erano piu o meno le 20 passate, mentre stavo dalle otto aspettando! La cosa che mi ha dato fastidio di più, oltre al fatto chiedere recensioni per avere sconti su cover e roba simile (chiesta proprio ad un cliente affianco a me) e la sfacciataggine di ridere quando sono andata via! Non voglio fare morali, ma prestate più attenzione perché io sono venuta, tra virgolette, a portare soldi nella vostra azienda! Mi spiace molto ma non tornerò più. Ho chiesto spiegazioni ma non hanno saputo darmene, ad oggi sto ancora aspettando.... Negozi assolutamente da evitare.
