Anche a me hanno provato a rifilarmi uno smatphone con un'eventuale vincolo di 30 mesi cercando di farmi credere che se non l'avessi acquistato non avrei avuto diritto ad una determinata offerta. Non mi sono fidato ed in effetti ho potuto attivare la stessa offerta in un altro negozio Wind ed ovviamente senza aver preso nessun smartphone con relativo vincolo!!! Absolutely not recommended !!! They also tried to give me a smatphone with a 30-month bond, trying to make me believe that if I hadn't bought it, I wouldn't have been entitled to a specific offer. I did not trust and in fact I was able to activate the same offer in another Wind shop and obviously without having taken any smartphone with relative constraint !!!
O	Odissea rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio, mi sono recata sabato da loro per un cambio di piano tariffario e la commessa mi pare si chiamasse Raffaella non solo mi ha detto che il cambio tariffario non era fattibile ma oltremodo mi ha convinto a comprare una scheda di un altro gestore che offriva delle caratteristiche simili al piano tariffario del quale chiedevo il cambio, seguendo i consigli della commessa ho comprato una nuova scheda con il piano tarrifario che desideravo ma una volta tornata a casa mi sono accorta parlando con il servizio clienti, del mio gestore dove avrei voluto fare il cambio tariffario, che il cambio di piano era attuabile senza nessun problema. Sono rimasta delusissima... per una manciata di euro questi negozi poco affidabili cercano in ogni modo di fregare i clienti. Sconsigliatissimo Bad store, I went to them on Saturday for a change of tariff plan and I think the order was called Raffaella not only told me that the tariff change was not feasible but very much convinced me to buy a card of another manager that offered of the characteristics similar to the tariff plan of which I asked for the change, following the advice of the order I bought a new card with the tarrifario plan that I wanted but once I returned home I realized talking to the customer service, of my manager where I wanted to do the tariff change, that the change of plan was feasible without any problem. I was very disappointed ... for a handful of euros these unreliable shops try in every way to rip off customers. Sconsigliatissimo
R	Robert John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente incompetenti, mi sono recato al negozio dopo avere consultato il servizio cliente 155 che mi ha confermato la possibilità di fare un cambio intestatario sul mio numero. Ma la signora addetta a questo centro nonostante io le comunicato la fattibilità di questa cambio mi ha detto che non era fattibile e l'unica soluzione sarebbe stato l'acquisto di una nuova scheda, pertanto dopo avere pagato quasi 40 Euro per una nuova scheda con mia grande sorpresa ho saputo che in realtà tale operazione era fattibilissima in ogni altro negozio autorizzato WIND ( come mi era stato detto dal servizio clienti) MA NON DA LORO pertanto per vendere un prodotto sono stato ingannato e mi hanno fatto spendere 40 euro dove non averi dovuto. Assolutamente sconsigliato, personale incompetente ed attento solo a vendere i loro prodotti a tutti i costi senza prestare attenzione al cliente. Domenica 5 luglio dopo aver smarrito il cell e fatto denuncia ai carabinieri, mi sono recato in negozio per richiedere il duplicato della sim e acquistare un nuovo telefono. Esco da lì con un telefono acquistato e vincolo per 29 mesi. L’attivazione della scheda doveva avvenirea loro dire, entro massimo 2 ore. Ma da qui inizia l’Odissea: le 2 ore sono diventate 24, trasformate in 48 e poi aggiunte altre 72 ore ed ora?ancora non si sa nulla e nemmeno ipotizzati i tempi per la risoluzione! Inutile contare le telefonate al servizio clienti e le visite in negozio per chiedere spiegazioni! Il problema non si risolve, non si può recedere dal contratto ed essendoci il vincolo non si può cambiare gestore!! FARÒ PUBBLICITÀ NEGATIVA PER EVITARE CHE ALTRI PRENDANO CERTE FREGATURE!!! Sunday 5 July after losing my cell phone and filing a report with the police, I went to the store to request a duplicate SIM card and buy a new phone. I get out of there with a purchased phone and bond for 29 months. The activation of the card had to be done to them, within a maximum of 2 hours. But from here begins the Odyssey: the 2 hours have become 24, transformed into 48 and then added another 72 hours and now? Still nothing is known and not even hypothesized the time for resolution! Needless to count customer service calls and shop visits to ask for explanations! The problem is not solved, you cannot withdraw from the contract and since there is no constraint, you cannot change the manager !! I WILL MAKE A NEGATIVE ADVERTISEMENT TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM TAKING CERTAIN RULES !!!

La store manager ovviamente difende il personale e non si prende la responsabilità degli errori che fanno il suo staff. Vi troverete con un contratto ad un prezzo più alto. Fate attenzione!!! Unprofessional. If you make a contract for a rate plan, be careful and carefully read the sheet on the offer indicated in the contract they make you sign. Dopo 2 giorni di coda per un acquisto, mancanza di connessione e informazioni non corrette al punto da sfiorare la truffa. Dopo essermi informata richiedendo conferma di un certo contratto, mi è stato fatto cambiare un piano in maniera irreversibile e presentato un conto di 10€ in più, considerato che su 30 rate costituiscono una certa cifra.
