★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio a dir poco VERGOGNOSO !!! Lascio i capi a lavare, 7 camicie che uso per lavorare e due pantaloni eleganti. Mi lasciano uno scontrino con codice QR per il ritiro. Passo venerdì pomeriggio alle 19.15, uscito da lavoro: centro commerciale aperto, lavanderia chiusa, macchinario che scannerizza i codici QR per il ritiro dei capi spento !!! Oggi, domenica 30 settembre 2020, mi reco nuovamente ed appositamente per il ritiro dei capi. Questa volta il macchinario è acceso ma fuori servizio. Ad oggi non sono ancora riuscito a ritirare le mie camicie, nonostante mi sia recato lì appositamente due volte !!! Servizio pessimo, ed hanno anche il coraggio di scrivere con un’insegna che se i capi verranno lasciati in giacenza più di 30 giorni verranno buttati via. MA SE NON MI PERMETTETE DI RITIRARLI !!! Non andate mai lì, io dovrò andarci per una terza volta, speriamo sia quella buona e speriamo che le mia camicie ci siano ancora.....

I spend Friday afternoon at 7.15 pm, after work: open shopping center, closed laundry, machine that scans QR codes for the collection of the off clothes !!! Today, Sunday 30 September 2020, I go again and specifically for the collection of the garments. This time the machine is on but out of order. To date I have not yet been able to collect my shirts, although I went there specifically twice !!! Bad service, and they also have the courage to write with a sign that if the items are left in storage for more than 30 days they will be thrown away. BUT IF YOU DON'T ALLOW ME TO COLLECT THEM !!! Never go there, I will have to go there for a third time, let's hope it's the good one and let's hope my shirts are still there .....

(Pagamento con Satispay e ritiro tramite un applicazione che ti permette di non conservare lo scontrino) ... Purtroppo oggi sono incappata in una persona che mi ha lasciato molto perplessa.. Non voleva i capi perché c'erano sopra dei peli.. Avrebbe provveduto al lavaggio dei maglioni solo se li toglievo ... Non credo di essere l'unica cliente ad avere animali.. Stavo per dirle che avrei pagato qualcosa di più per il lavoro aggiuntivo ma poi ho guardato il suo volto.. La sua espressione era disgustata... Mi sono sentita estremamente a disagio... Peccato...
