★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio da veri furbetti di vendita, ti vendono le cose dicendo prima un prezzo per poi pagare molto di più quando vai a controllare l'offerta nel sito della Tim.Ti dicono di pagare una parte in contante in modo da farti sconti senza che ti facciano poi lo scontrino (a quanto pare i regali li fanno a tutti invece e gli sconti non ci sono perché i prezzi sono gonfiati), ti dicono che ti cambiano il contratto per pagare meno e invece ti accorgi che non è così o non è quello che ti avevano detto che sarebbe stato fatto. Non ti danno tempo di capire cosa stanno combinando che ti trovi ad avere un contratto/finanziamento che non hai avuto neanche tempo di leggere. Bravi si, a abbindolare le persone con belle parole con la velocità della luce per non dare modo di capire cosa stanno combinando per guadagnarci se non a contratto fatto/cambiato.
 Bad service from real sales crafty, they sell you things by first saying a price and then paying a lot more when you go to check the offer on the Tim site They tell you to pay a part in cash so you can get discounts without you then do the receipt (apparently the gifts are given to everyone instead and the discounts are not there because the prices are inflated), they tell you that they change the contract to pay less and instead you realize that it is not so or it is not that who told you it would be done. They don't give you time to understand what they're up to that you find yourself having a contract / loan that you haven't even had time to read. Well done, to dupe people with beautiful words with the speed of light to not give way to understand what they are up to to gain if not a contract made / changed.

Posso dire di aver preso atto dell' impegno e disponibilità che spero contraddistinguano anche in futuro il team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci fosse stata la possibilità di non mettere nemmeno una stella l' avrei utilizzata...personale incompetente e soprattutto indisponente. Rimbalzano il cliente in un continuo scarica barile...alla base c' è sicuramente poca voglia di lavorare. Anche davanti all' evidenza non riescono a risolvere nulla. Pessimo personale, da evitare se si vuole risolvere qualcosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 1 settimana dal montaggio di una pellicola per per proteggere il mio schermo mi ritrovo con un display rotto e quando ho chiesto di poter cambiare la custodia che mi è stata venduta da loro, su loro consiglio, perché il magnete che dovrebbe reggere il telefono all'interno, non tiene, mi è stato risposto che non possono perché è ''usata'' (poi chiedendo ad una associazione per i consumatori, magari mi confermano che esiste ancora la garanzia, eh?). Consiglio alla TIM di valutare meglio i loro collaboratori, nel mio caso non mi fido più ne di questo punto vendita, ne del marchio in generale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo negozio sopravvive, a mio giudizio, solo per la professionalità e la cortesia di Sabrina. Purtroppo l’esperienza che io e mio marito abbiamo avuto con una delle ragazze, che si è rifiutata di fornirmi il nome, è stata disastrosa. Ho segnalato il comportamento maleducato ed indifferente a Tim ed ora lo faccio anche qui.
Sarebbe opportuno, formare il personale e consigliare di usare gentilezza ed educazione.
This shop survives, in my opinion, only for Sabrina's professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, the experience my husband and I had with one of the girls, who refused to give me the name, was disastrous. I reported the rude and indifferent behavior to Tim and now I do it here too.
It would be advisable to train the staff and advise them to use kindness and education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 0 stelle perché non posso darne meno, ero venuta per chiedere informazioni relative a una problematica con tim, ho parlato con una ragazza bionda, ha iniziato a intortarmi con offerte,promozioni e cose che a me non interessavano per il momento perchè volevo prima risolvere il mio problema,e l'ho anche informata di ciò, ma lei anziché prendere in considerazione la mia problematica quando ha visto che non riusciva a vendermi per forza qualcosa mi ha liquidato dicendomi che loro non potevano fare nulla e che gli stavo solo facendo perdere tempo. Educate il vostro personale prima che a vendere a imparare ad ascoltare le persone e capire le loro esigenze, sono andata poi in un altro centro tim e mi hanno risolto il tutto, li ho poi fatto internet a casa e preso un nuovo cellulare.
I give 0 stars because I can't give less, I came to ask for information about a problem with Tim, I talked to a blonde girl, she started messing me with offers, promotions and things that didn't interest me for the moment because I wanted to solve first my problem, and I also informed her of this, but instead of taking into consideration my problem when she saw that she could not necessarily sell me something she liquidated me by telling me that they could not do anything and that I was only making them lose time. Educate your staff before selling to learn to listen to people and understand their needs, then I went to another tim center and they solved everything, I then did the internet at home and got a new cell phone.
