★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pazzesco ,una cassiera totalmente incapace 25 minuti per fare un conto a un cliente ,la gente gli lasciava la merce e se ne andava..mi stupisco un gruppo come la facit che non controlli questi incapaci.. successo il 1705/2018...alle 17.40...ovviamente la prossima volta ci accertemo di chi ce alla cassa prima di entrare.
Crazy, a cashier totally incapacitated 25 minutes to make an account to a customer, people left him the goods and went away .. I am amazed a group like the faculty that does not control these incapable .. happened on 1705/2018 ... at 17.40 ... obviously next time we will check who is at the cash desk before entering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente se alcune commesse, invece , di parlare tra di loro , di problemi personali, ci avessero dato indicazioni e seguito nella scelta dei capi di abbigliamento, l’azienda avrebbe tratto maggiori profitti.
Spero che la direzione prenda in considerazione quanto esposto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo. Recatami nel negozio per acquistare un capo d'abbigliamento non troppo impegnativo, fermata dalla commessa e spiegatole cosa cercavo senza specificare il budget di spesa, sono stata maleducatamente invitata ad andare in un negozio dei cinesi.
Complimenti per la professionalità

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio dove puoi trovare abbigliamento con un buon rapporto qualità e prezzo, ci sono anche taglie forti,con modelli carini. In questo periodo anche degli sconti interessanti, l'unica pecca che ho riscontrato e che non tutte le commesse sono disponibili e gentili...forse alcune non reggono lo stress del periodo natalizio!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo oggi si è verificato un fatto veramente spiacevole. Abbiamo portato indietro un capo che era grande e in più aveva il nastro scucito, dopo 8 giorni dall acquisto, perché non potevamo andare prima... (ci sono comunque 15 gg di tempo x legge).
Non volevano farci cambiare il prodotto perché "a sensazione" il capo era: stato lavato, cambiato colore e consistenza e rotto da noi.
Follia pura... Inoltre i capi in vendita presentavano altri difetti.... Quindi....
Abbiamo avuto da dire perché ci siamo offese, nessuno può permettersi di dire certe cose soprattutto a delle clienti che frequentano da anni il negozio.
Dopo la discussione, ci cambiano il capo. Inutile dire che non ci metteremo più piede.

We had to say why we were offended, no one can afford to say certain things, especially to customers who have been visiting the shop for years.
After the discussion, they change our heads. It goes without saying that we will never set foot on it again.
