Il negozio PugiPhone WIND 3 è da più di 10 anni ed è gestito a conduzione familiare e SI TROVA DAVANTI AL NEGOZIO CHAMPION VICINO AL BAR OPS!!!!! Quindi non c'entra nulla con i banchini dentro il negozio Mediaword dove il personale potrebbe cambiare!Qui troverai sempre il titolare del Negozio Riccardo Pugi sempre attento, disponibile e competente per qualsiasi esigenza del cliente.

So it has nothing to do with the docks inside the Mediaword store where the staff could change! Mi sono presentato oggi per recedere da un contratto avviato ieri, per l'acquisto rateizzato di un telefono (diritto di recesso dlgs 206 del 2005 ANCHE PER ACQUISTI RATEIZZATI). Mi è stato risposto che erano problemi miei e che mi sarei dovuto tenere il telefono senza se e senza ma. Il titolare insiste nel negare il mio diritto di recesso, con toni provocatori del tipo "denunciami" e chiamando addirittura la guardia per farmi espellere.
Io mi sono rivolto ad un altro centro Wind che ha accettato il reso.

I presented myself today to withdraw from a contract started yesterday, for the purchase in installments of a telephone (right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, ALSO FOR PAYMENT OF PURCHASES). I was told that they were my problems and that I should have kept the phone without ifs and buts. The owner insists on denying my right of withdrawal, with provocative tones of the "report me" type and even calling the guard to get me expelled.
I turned to another Wind center that accepted the return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovessi consigliare questo negozio ci penserei due volte. Ho trovato persone non competenti, che invece di risolvere il problema avuto, ci hanno solo fatto perdere tempo! Spero che questo possa servire ad altre persone per non essere fregati... Quindi vi consiglio di andare da altre parti ma non lì. Ho messo una stella perché se no non potevo recensire....non si meriterebbero neanche quella!
If I had to recommend this shop I would think twice. I found people who were not competent, who instead of solving the problem they had, made us waste time! I hope this will be useful to other people so as not to be screwed ... So I recommend you go somewhere else but not there. I put a star because otherwise I couldn't review .... they wouldn't deserve that either!
