Penso che la videocamera non sia stata mai revisionata.
La buona notizia è che ho riparato perfettamente la videocamera in soli 5 giorni al centro Sony di Napoli

Persone professionali e attente alle esigenze del cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Televisore consegnato il 31 agosto , come da intese doveva essere riparato in poco più di 10 giorni, ritirato per sfinimento il 23 settembre, con lo stesso difetto che aveva. E in più hanno perso il telecomando originale ( al ritiro me ne hanno dato uno di un'altra tv dopo aver cercato invano in tutto il negozio). Servizio pessimo, professionalità zero, cortesia e attenzione al cliente sottozero. Da non rivederci mai più.
TV delivered on August 31, as agreed, had to be repaired in just over 10 days, withdrawn for exhaustion on September 23, with the same defect it had. Plus they lost the original remote control (when I picked it up they gave me one from another TV after searching in vain throughout the shop). Bad service, zero professionalism, courtesy and subzero customer care. Never to see us again.
