La risposta di 2 del peronsale, non uno, ripeto 2 persone è stata: non esiste nulla per sistema di allarme per quanto riguarda Vodafone. MI hanno quindi attivato una scheda sim da 14 euro al mese...... Dopo 2 giorni vedo in un altro negozio Vodafone, e trovo: VODAFONE EASY CONTROL 2 EURO AL MESE... Chiedo per curiosità da quanto c'è questa cosa per allarme e mi viene risposto che è da diverso tempo. 1: A ponte a greve mi hanno voluto attivare una cosa a caso per farmi spendere di più? 2: scarsa preparazione del personale? Vorrei sperare. NON consiglio assolutamente questo centro Vodafone. Non competenti. Da evitare. I went to this Vodafone center specifically asking for a sim card for the alarm system. Personale scorretto, maleducato e poco professionale. In due giorni diversi (la sera prima io e la mattina dopo la mia ragazza) siamo stati in questo stand per richiedere le SIM card attivate telefonicamente facendo il passaggio da un altro gestore. Costo di attivazione scritto nero su bianco era gratuito ma invece il ragazzo me lo ha fatto pagare (vabbè 7€ in più non si muore) mentre alla mia ragazza volevano attivarle proprio un nuovo numero ed in più le ha attivato due servizi in più non richiesti che andranno disattivati da soli. State attenti, non fidatevi troppo. My review will be of no use because people will go there anyway .. and they will get screwed too. Incorrect, rude and unprofessional staff. On two different days (the night before me and the morning after my girlfriend) we were at this stand to request the SIM cards activated by telephone by switching from another operator. Activation cost written black on white was free but instead the boy made me pay (oh well 7 € more you do not die) while my girlfriend wanted to activate her a new number and in addition she activated two more services not required which will be deactivated by yourself. Be careful, don't trust too much.
