★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalosi!!!! Telefono nuovo di pacca ke nn funziona, devi aspettare un mese per la sostituzione è nn ti danno muletto ma nn solo, nemmeno l'adattatore per la sim per usarne uno vecchio! Se potessi darei meno di una stella!!! Per non parlare del personale....
Outrageous !!!! New phone pacca ke nn works, you have to wait a month for the replacement is nn give you forklift but nn only, not even the adapter for the sim to use an old one! If I could I would give less than a star !!! Not to mention the staff ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per una semplicissima sostituzione da Sim a Nanosim, mi è stato riferito che avevano esaurito le carte per cui avrei dovuto recarmi ad un altro centro Wind, il più vicino a Pavia! Una vera vergogna e per fortuna pubblicizzano la diffusione dei centri Wind!
I went for a simple replacement from Sim to Nanosim, I was told that they had run out of cards so I should have gone to another Wind center, the closest to Pavia! A real shame and luckily they advertise the spread of Wind centers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recato nel negozio Wind del centro commerciale montebello per cambiare operatore e prendere un telefono, ho parlato con una delle due ragazze presenti in negozio, in quanto una era occupata con un altro cliente, mi ha mostrato due tipi di promozioni e una vasta gamma di telefonini.
La ragazza mi sembrava convincente e molto preparata e alla fine ho preso il telefono.
Esperienza positiva ci ritornerei volentieri.
I went to the Wind shop of the Montebello shopping center to change operator and pick up a phone, I spoke with one of the two girls in the shop, as one was busy with another customer, she showed me two types of promotions and a wide range of mobile phones.
The girl seemed convincing and very prepared and I finally picked up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata nel negozio per effettuare il passaggio a Wind e mi hanno illusa dandomi delle informazioni non vere, ora mi ritrovo vincolata per un anno con tariffe assurde!
In più la ragazza ha provato a farmi pagare le due nuove SIM quando per l'offerta che stavo sottoscrivendo erano gratuite. Mi ha fatto pagare il primo mese direttamente in negozio invece ho scoperto che se li è solo intascati dato che mi è arrivata la fattura insoluta per lo stesso mese. Pessimo servizio!
Non è giusto affidarsi a personale incompetente che cerca solo di rubarti i soldi per poi ritrovarsi vincolati e non poter recedere senza penale pur essendo stata ingannata.

It is not fair to rely on incompetent staff who only try to steal your money and then find themselves bound and unable to withdraw without penalty even though they have been deceived.
