Una volta portato il mio macbook pro difettato di fabbrica descrivo il suo problema che è un problema di kernel panic e dissi anche che era un problema di scheda madre dato che nella console c'erano errori legati alla scheda madre. Tre settimane dopo quindi anche con ritardo perché era previsto per 2 settimane vado a ritirare il mio mac e con grandissima sorpresa mi ritrovo il mio mac con graffi viti consumate gli stessi errori descritti in precedenza di kernel panic dalla ricevuta di ritiro leggo che nella voce delle cose sostituite trovo i vari pezzi del case e la batteria ed inoltre guardando poi meglio noto che il Jack audio delle cuffie e bianco quando di standard doveva essere nero dico vabbè ok. Allora ho preso una decisione dato che lo avevo comprato in Germania lo spedisco a mio padre che abita lì lì chiedo gentilmente se melo porta dove lo avevo comprato per una sostituzione del mio mac con uno nuovo e così fu mene hanno dato uno nuovo Devo quindi dire che i tecnici che hanno smontato il mac sono dei puri incompetenti Poi quando ho portato il mac aveva la cover ancora ataccata pensato il commesso si e messo a tirarla via con forza senza astuzia quasi mi rovinasse il mac Ed inoltre avete presente quando avete una pila di fogli e li sbattete sul banco per metterli dritti ecco stess cosa al posto che sul banco la faceva sul mio mac ma ci rendiamo conto. Vista poi la gentilezza ho deciso di acquistare il mio nuovo iphone, tornerò presto per un macbook, ce ne fossero di negozi così.
