In caso di acquisti di prodotti che in realtà sono esauriti l iper offre delle alternative, che all momento del ritiro il clliente può decidere di prendere o restituire. Assegno 5 stelle perché è un servizio fondamentale in questo periodo di covid. Anche se più di una volta mi sono trovato degli errori o frutta non bellissima. Questo perché la qualità del servizio dipende molto dalla professionalità del personale che prepara il carrello. Ogni sbaglio è comunque stato sempre risolto dalll assistenza dell' IPER

Il personale gentile nulla da dire
Ma se poi non hanno la metà delle cose , la sostituzione del prodotto costa il doppio , ovvio non ti obbligano ma ogni volta è così
