I approached this shop due to a malfunction of a modem still under warranty. I found the staff extremely nice. Since they weren't even able to solve the problem, they took me to the floor below, where a technician took charge of the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovata bene, il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, però sono rimasta delusa di aver scoperto di esser stata fregata. Tre anni fa ho fatto alle mie figlie un contratto con la wind, l'anno scorso a una delle due ho cambiato un contratto aumentando i giga, pagando due euro in più,e ovviamente pagando il costo di cambio promozione, però non mi è stato detto che cosi l'altra figlia avrebbe pagato la sua tariffa a prezzo pieno, perché non sapevo che avevano un contratto associato, adesso mi ritrovo a pagare 45 euro al mese, mentre prima era di 33,quindi non vado a pagare 2 euro in più, come mi era stato detto quando sono andata in negozio, ma 12,ho chiamato l'assistenza telefonica e mi è stato detto che non si può far niente, anche se l'errore è stato nell'incompetenza dei dipenti. Anch'io lavoro in un negozio, non truffiamo i clienti, cerchiamo di aiutarli a trovare la soluzione migliore per poter fidelizzare il cliente! Grazie!

Three years ago I made my daughters a contract with wind, last year I changed a contract to one of the two by increasing the gig, paying two euros more, and obviously paying the cost of changing the promotion, but I was not said that so the other daughter would pay her full rate, because I didn't know they had an associated contract, now I find myself paying 45 euros a month, while before it was 33, so I'm not going to pay 2 euros more , as I was told when I went to the shop, but 12, I called the telephone support and was told that nothing can be done, even if the mistake was in the incompetence of the employees. I also work in a shop, we do not scam customers, we try to help them find the best solution to build customer loyalty! Thank you!

Non solo che non sono stati capaci a offrirmi quello che hanno detto, però alla fine sono andata via con una cosa peggiore di quella che avevo già. Non solo che non metterò mai piede in questo posto, però sconsiglierò a tutti di rivolgersi a questo scherzo di negozio. Mi dispiace che una rete buona come Wind ha punti vendita di questo genere.
I'm sorry I can't give 0 stars. The shop assistants are unprepared and uneducated. Not only that they weren't able to offer me what they said, but in the end I walked away with something worse than what I already had. Not only that I will never set foot in this place, but I will discourage everyone from turning to this shop joke. I'm sorry that a good network like Wind has outlets of this kind.
