★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi in saldo indicati sui vari cartelli in negozio non corrispondono praticamente MAI al prezzo battuto in cassa, sempre a scapito del cliente, ovviamente (è la terza volta in due anni che mi succede).
Le commesse sono estremamente maleducate e per niente interessate a svolgere il loro ruolo.
L'unica persona che ha cercato di aiutarmi è un commesso, di cui purtroppo ignoro il nome.

The prices on sale indicated on the various signs in the shop practically NEVER correspond to the price beaten at the cashier, always to the detriment of the customer, of course (this is the third time in two years that this happens to me).
The shop assistants are extremely rude and not at all interested in playing their role.
The only person who tried to help me is a salesman, whose name unfortunately I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello , curato, unica pecca che se si deve cambiare un articolo non è possibile farlo nel weekend . Mi sembra assurdo che chi lavora tutta la settimana e ha solo sabato e domenica x fare shopping debba prendere una giornata di ferie x poter cambiare articolo.
Very nice shop, well-kept, the only flaw is that if you have to change an item it is not possible to do it on the weekend. It seems absurd to me that those who work all week and only have Saturdays and Sundays to go shopping should take a day off x to be able to change items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto in regalo due capi del vostro negozio di Savona il g. 26-2 . Purtroppo erano di taglia inferiore alla mia. Oggi, giorno 28- 2 telefono, spiegando che possedevo li scontrino di cortesia ma non in possesso di greenpass. Mi è stato risposto che purtroppo li gp fa loro veniva richiesto. Alla mia richiesta di un eventuale aiuto, per esempio lo stare fuori dal negozio mi è stato negato e liquidato con un " mi spiace". Grazie infinite, i capi che non posso vestire andranno al macero, ma dato che per fare pubblicità non è necessario avere il GP, farò il possibile per divulgare il disagio subito. Complimenti !
I received two items from your shop in Savona as a gift on g. 26-2. Unfortunately they were smaller than mine. Today, day 28-2, I phone, explaining that I had the courtesy receipt but not in possession of a greenpass. I was told that unfortunately the gp ago was asked for them. When I asked for any help, for example staying out of the shop I was denied and dismissed with a "I'm sorry". Thank you very much, the garments that I cannot dress will go to waste, but since to advertise it is not necessary to have a GP, I will do everything possible to divulge the discomfort immediately.
