★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di imbroglioni ed incompetenti: dopo avermi fatto aspettare 2 mesi per il cambio di un braccialetto danneggiato, al momento della consegna mi hanno richiesto 100 euro in più perché il prodotto non era più scontato come lo era 2 mesi prima..nonostante mi avessero garantito che il prezzo sarebbe rimasto invariato! Non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere in vita mia. Di sicuro non ci metterò più piede. Truffatori!
 Shop of crooks and incompetents: after making me wait 2 months for the change of a damaged bracelet, at the time of delivery they asked me for 100 euros more because the product was no longer taken for granted as it was 2 months before ... despite having guaranteed me that the price would remain unchanged! Never had such a thing happened to me in my life. I certainly won't set foot there again. Scammers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gioielli spettacolari...ma metto due stelle per colpa di una commessa, che seconda volta che dice che non ci sono le cose o non può far riparare l'oro.. e poi quando chiedo all'altra invece sono disponibili o i laboratori sono aperti (solo che non vuol far fatica).
Mi spiace che certi posti di lavoro vengono dati alle persone sbagliate.
Se non chiedevo all'altra commessa, perchè avevo un sentore visto i precedenti eventi...sarei uscita a mani vuote e non con i 3 articoli da regalare.
Spectacular jewels ... but I put two stars because of an order, which second time says that there are no things or can not repair the gold .. and then when I ask the other hand they are available or the laboratories are open (only it doesn't want to struggle).
I'm sorry that certain jobs are given to the wrong people.
If I didn't ask the other clerk, because I had an inkling seen the previous events ... I would have gone out empty handed and not with the 3 articles to give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È semplicemente porcheria.. dopo aver comprato un anello con 3 diamanti di un certo valore si è spezzato il porta diamanti senza che non prendesse neanche un colpo.. Così abbiamo dovuto pagare anche la riparazione.
NON CONSIGLIATO!
It's just rubbish .. after buying a 3 diamond ring of a certain value the diamond case broke and it didn't even take a hit .. So we had to pay for the repair as well.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
