★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mio familiare ha portato a riparare lo schermo, dopo poche settimane sono comparse delle righe verdi, portato di nuovo al negozio con la garanzia hanno affermato che non potevano farci nulla e che il telefono era caduto. Il telefono non ha subito assolutamente delle cadute.
Servizio scadente e prezzi decisamente sopra la media.
A family member took the screen to be repaired, after a few weeks some green lines appeared, brought back to the shop with the guarantee they said they could not do anything about it and that the phone was dropped. The phone has absolutely not suffered any drops.
Poor service and prices definitely above average.

The quotes / checks are free, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is no coincidence that it is a renowned shop here in Savona; is the first that comes to mind to me, my boyfriend, various friends, etc. if we need a cell phone repair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco spesso in questo negozio che è all'interno del centro commerciale ,il negozio è molto fornito,il personale molto cortese e gentile . I prezzi sono ottimi... L'unica nota dolente è l'attesa ,prima c'era più personale ed i cliente venivano serviti più velocemente...adesso ,come mi è capitato ultimamente un solo operatore ...ed i tempi di attesa si allungano ....
I often go to this shop which is inside the shopping center, the shop is very well stocked, the staff very courteous and kind. The prices are excellent ... The only sore point is the wait, before there was more staff and customers were served faster ... now, as has happened to me lately, only one operator ... and the times of wait get longer ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato cellulare per riparazione... È stato riparato ok ma a distanza di un mese mi sono accorto che avranno rotto la scocca posteriore e che hanno cercato di riparare con della colla. Me ne sono accorto dopo perche avendo la cover di protezione non stai sempre a togliere il telefono. Un giorno nel dargli una pulita mi sono accorto di questa furbata la scocca posteriore era sollevata
Come se la colla pian piano ha mollato.. Complimenti. Peccato che ormai sono lontano e non più da quelle parti.

As if the glue has slowly given up .. Congratulations. Too bad that I am now far away and no longer in those parts.
