Più di due mesi fa ho telefonato per sapere se mi avrebbero dupplicato un telecomando.
Mi è stato risposto di si e che l'avrebbero fatto subito.
Ho scoperto poi che non avevano in casa il modello e che avrebbero provveduto.
Dopo due mesi mi reco in negozio per ritirare il telecomando. Mi dicono di avermi avvisato -bugia- che dovevo riportare il telecomando originale.
Vado dallia vicina mi faccio prestare l'originale e lo porto in negozio ( 3 ° visita) e mi dicono di ripassare
Vado per ritirare il duplicato (4 ° visita) e mi dicono che non possono dupplicarlo....
INCOMPETENT-RUDE-LIES
Over two months ago, I called to see if they would duplicate a remote control.
I was told yes and they would do it right away.
I later found out that they didn't have the model at home and that they would do it.
After two months I go to the shop to collect the remote control. They tell me they warned me - lie - that I had to return the original remote control.
I go from nearby to borrow the original and take it to the shop (3rd visit) and they tell me to come back
I go to collect the duplicate (4th visit) and they tell me they can't duplicate it ....

Tratta anche cellulari usati e mi sono trovato sempre bene.
Personale cortese e molto competente in grado di aiutare e consigliare il cliente facendogli anche risparmiare dei soldi orientandolo verso un prodotto alternativo altrettanto valido.
Offrono una buona assistenza e supporto in caso di problemi.
Munito di parcheggio privato per i clienti è uno dei negozi storici di Savona e lo consiglio caldamente.
Shop well stocked on cell phones and electronic material.
It also deals with used cell phones and I have always enjoyed it.
Courteous and very competent staff able to help and advise the customer, also saving him money by directing him towards an equally valid alternative product.
They offer good assistance and support in case of problems.
Equipped with private parking for customers is one of the historic shops of Savona and I highly recommend it.
