β β β β β Leider nur schlechte Erfahrungen. Erst ein Deutscher AuΓendienst der nicht auf Anfragen antwortete. Dann neue Besetzung, was wir an Ware erhielten war defekt dreckig und nicht zu verkaufen. Eine Mail an den Vertrieb endete mit "waren ja auch Sonderangebote". Wow. Wusste nicht dass man dann auch nicht mit Ware rechnen sollte die noch geht. Entsprechend die Bewertung denn wer bei solchen Fehlleistungen nicht reagiert der hat es nicht besser verdient. Feedback sollte man dann schon wahrnehmen und genau das passierte hier nicht, also 1 Stern
Unfortunately only bad experiences. First a German sales force who did not respond to inquiries. Then a new line-up, what we received was defective, dirty and not for sale. An email to sales ended with "there were also special offers". Wow. Didn't know that you shouldn't expect goods that still work. Corresponding to the evaluation because if you don't react to such mistakes, you don't deserve better. Feedback should then be noticed and that's exactly what didn't happen here, i.e. 1 star
