Per mesi non capivo perché il mio bancomat non funzionasse più fino a quando disperato ho chiamato il call center il quale ti consiglia educatamente di intraprendere una sorta di gioco Dell oca burocratico per riavere un bancomat. Sono sicuro che con i clienti milionari non si permettono di fare tali angherie. Deluso da Mps e da questa widiba. Agghiacciante. Too bad not being able to give 0 stars. For about 2 months I have activated my Crypto account on ES-ENGINE still little known here in Italy from there I saw the Widiba advertising but it certainly was not a good sight ... I servizi sono sempre disponibili, personale qualificato e veloce, sito ed app intuitive e la tenuta del conto è molto poco costosa. Unica pecca è che adesso si paga per i prelievi fuori da banche MPS per il resto la consiglio I'm with Widiba for 3 years and frankly I am very well. E nonostante ripetute richieste non mi mandano nemmeno il saldo e la giacenza per l'isee visto che non ho più modo di accedere al conto online. Al call center mi hanno detto che non sono tenuti ad essere operativi con chi ha fatto richiesta di chiusura conto. Vergognoso! Mi sono rivolta a Widiba perché si presenta come una banca veloce... ma è passato un mese da quando gli ho inviato i documenti per la richiesta mutuo e non ho avuto nessuna risposta. La mia pratica è ferma alla “Direzione”. So di avere i requisiti per ottenere un mutuo, ma tra poco non ci sarà più un mutuo da chiedere in quanto la proposta d’acquisto dell’immobile scade a breve. Se non risolveranno velocemente avrò perso l’opportunità di comprare la mia prima casa per colpa dei loro tempi. update of 04/05/2021: After some initial delays, I managed to get the mortgage and everything went well Absolutely dissatisfied. Dopo 3 anni è impossibile avere le credenziali per accedere al proprio conto. Servizio più che vergognoso. E' un mese che sto chiamando/mandando mail tutti i giorni ricevendo le solite risposte senza ottenere risultati. PESSIMIIIIII !!!! Former MPS customer I find myself having an account on Widiba without any notice. After 3 years it is impossible to have the credentials to access your account. Service more than disgraceful. I've been calling / emailing every day for a month getting the usual replies without getting results.
