Nota stonata le pulizie finali che si pagano a parte 40 euro, visto che il soggiorno non è a basso costo I stayed with We Puglia agency in the "Mediterranean house" structure. La casa era pulitissima, dotata di tutti i confort e non mancava nulla (sale olio caffè...). La posizione è ottima e siamo molto soddisfatti. We stayed in Polignano a mare in the Dimora Teti from 18 to 22 July 2020. The house was spotless, equipped with all comforts and nothing was missing (salt, oil, coffee ...). The location is great and we are very satisfied.

L'accoglienza della Signora Carmen e di suo marito e' stata fin da subito molto empatica. Ci hanno introdotto con amore alla Villa e al giardino,meraviglioso, che è un tripudio di colori e di profumi. È un luogo incantevole nel cuore della Valle d'Itria che la signora Carmen ci ha aiutato a scoprire con competenza e passione. La dependance era pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort. Ci tengo a lasciare la recensione sia per la struttura sia per gli operatori dell'agenzia che meritano tantissimo. La struttura è un villino indipendente piccolino ma ben dotato di tutto, e anche se manca qualcosa basta riferirlo agli operatori che in un batter d'occhio provvedono, pulito, ristrutturato, arredamento in stile con la zona. È situato in una zona tranquilla, abbastanza vicino alle attrazioni, il pezzo forte è la vista mare dal balcone e per non parlare dell'ampio spazio esterno con il barbecue di cui noi abbiamo usufruito, e a tal proposito visto che mancava la griglia nel giro di un ora ci è stato fatto trovare tutto l'occorente, griglia, spazzola e pinza, gli operatori di questa agenzia sono eccellenti. Grazie a tutti i consigli avuti da Daniela, la nostra referente dell'agenzia, abbiamo vissuto al meglio Polignano in 3 giorni. In fase di checkout la rappresentante Daniela ci confermava che era tutto a posto per poi in seguito addebitarci illegittimamente il costo di una tenda dicendo che era sparita e quindi di fatto incolpandoci di furto. Non ha aiutato far presente che non siamo ladri di tende ne' di null'altro. Veramente patetici e non intelligenti dato la perdita di clienti che avranno come conseguenza. Stateci lontano perche' si inventeranno qualcosa anche con voi per fare qualche decina du Eur in piu'..meschini We rented two apartments in via conversano in polignano a mare. Il proprietario del nostro trullo per di più non è stato particolarmente cordiale, l'unica volta che lo abbiamo incontrato si è presentato in casa praticamente senza salutare e cacciando a calci un povero cane che riposava tranquillamente all'ombra senza darci alcun fastidio. Questo, per quanto mi riguarda, è sufficiente per dire con assoluta certezza che non alloggerò più in questa struttura. In short: The property is very nice but the people who run it and the service are not up to par. Furthermore, the owner of our trullo was not particularly friendly, the only time we met him he showed up at the house practically without saying goodbye and kicking a poor dog that rested quietly in the shade without giving us any trouble.
