La pecca è la mancanza di moltissimi prezzi sugli scaffali e lo scontrino "cumulativo" di tutto, quindi non è possibile sapere quanto in effetti è costato ciascun articolo. Io mi sono fidata, però non lo trovo molto corretto. The store is quite stocked, nice staff. Compared to other similar shops, there is the possibility (which in any case is by law) to pay by card and ATM. The flaw is the lack of many prices on the shelves and the "cumulative" receipt of everything, so it is not possible to know how much each item actually cost. I trusted, but I don't find it very correct.

Il servizio via whatsapp è efficientissimo, il paziente Sal mi risponde in tempi brevissimi e cura il mio ordine non facendomi mai mancare nulla. I prodotti sono praticamente sempre disponibili e i prezzi super convenienti. Inoltre se ci si iscrive alla newsletter spessissimo mandano codici sconti oltre a consigli per gli acquisti. Dopo il pagamento ho ricevuto comunicazione che il mio ordine era stato annullato per non disponibilità del prodotto ed informata che avrei ricevuto il rimborso. Ad oltre un mese di distanza ancora non ricevo il rimborso, nonostante le innumerevoli segnalazioni al servizio clienti. Inutile dire che il sevizio clienti non ha nemmeno preso in considerazione la segnalazione. ho scritto al numero whatsapp indicato nel sito come assistenza per ben due volte senza essere stata nemmeno presa in considerazione. Il peggior servizio, nessuna professionalità Non comprerò mai più. The service is bad. I purchase on the internet by making immediate payment by bank transfer which I sent by email.
