Polizza fatta con altra agenzia ovviamente. Peccato perché mi erano sembrati molto disponibili e preparati. Gli lascio il numero e mi dicono che mi avrebbero fatto chiamare il giorno stesse. Mi chiamano dopo qualche giorno (alla faccia del "giorno stesso") e mi chiedono una mail per rispondermi. Gliela detto ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta dopo mesi. Inutile dire che mi sono rivolto ad altri che mi hanno fatto l'assicurazione il momento stesso in cui ho chiesto informazioni. Che poi qual è il senso di dirmi che mi chiamate subito e poi lo fate dopo giorni? Qual è il senso di chiedermi la mail anziché rispondermi al telefono? Qual è il senso di non rispondermi manco per email dopo tutto 'sto ridicolo giro che mi avete fatto fare? Mah... Bad feedback. For information, I am in 2 but there is no 3rd who could answer me.
