Hanno dato personalità al mio appartamento curando ogni aspetto perfino i controsoffitti. E poi mobili di qualità solo dei migliori marchi. Anche il montaggio super efficiente e preciso.. insomma sono super soddisfatto personale competente dal negozio al montaggio! P.s. Bene anche il postvendita perché avevo avuto dei problemi con dei gommini ma mi hanno aiutato subito! CONSIGLIATISSIMI I went to buy the kitchen .. I came out with an amazing interior project! They gave my apartment personality by taking care of every aspect, even the false ceilings. And then quality furniture only from the best brands. Also the super efficient and precise assembly .. in short, I am super satisfied with competent staff from the shop to the assembly! P.s. Un'esposizione fantastica dove è praticamente possibile apprezzare live quasi tutte le proposte presentate. Roberta, la nostra referente dedicata, (ma anche tutti gli altri professionisti, a cominciare dai Fratelli Gelosa) è stata esemplare rappresentate di competenza e amore per il proprio lavoro, immedesimandosi nelle richieste dei clienti (spesso estenuanti) con pazienza e con la rara capacità di interpretare al meglio i nostri desiderata, non sempre facili da spiegare quando non si è tecnici. Solo tanti e riconoscenti grazie! We have furnished the house with Gelosa Arredi. A true furniture atelier. A fantastic exhibition where it is practically possible to appreciate almost all the proposals presented live. Roberta, our dedicated contact person, (but also all the other professionals, starting with the Gelosa Brothers) was exemplary represented by competence and love for her work, identifying herself with the requests of the customers (often exhausting) with patience and with the rare ability to better interpret our wishes, which are not always easy to explain when you are not technical. Ci hanno guidato con grande cura e professionalità fornendoci un rendering vicino alla realtà grazie al quale abbiamo poi personalizzato colori e dettagli in base ai nostri gusti /esigenze. Grazie ai loro suggerimenti e alla loro attenzione ci hanno evitato non pochi problemi con la Casa in costruzione. Es prese nella posizione giusta, così come l'aria condizionata etc etc. I montatori sono loro operai da sempre e anche questo è un grande vantaggio. Grande differenza è stata anche l'assistenza post vendita. È passato oltre un anno, ma se ho un dubbio o un problema, chiamo e ottengo rapidamante la risposta e la soluzione. Straconsigliati!!! Dimenticavo, questa è la seconda casa che arredo da Gelosa. Luca poi è il Top, lo consideriamo uno di famiglia conoscendo tutti i nostri gusti. Simply perfect !! Con grande cura e professionalità (e non poca pazienza e cortesia) ci hanno fornito dei rendering vicino alla realtà, con i quali hanno saputo incontrare i nostri gusti e le nostre esigenze (non sempre coincidenti con quelli di mia moglie). Essendo la casa in costruzione, ci hanno fornito anche validi consigli per la predisposizione di prese, luci, ecc.. fornendoci assistenza anche con sopralluoghi in loco, evitandoci così costose varianti. Prodotti di varie fasce, ma tutti di qualità. Professionalità e cortesia anche in fase di montaggio e, sopratutto, post vendita. Muovendosi per tempo e anche possibile pianificare i pagamenti. Personale assolutamente preparato è molto cortese. Tra questi in particolare ringrazio Raffaello che con grande professionalità, cortesia e pazienza ha saputo trasformare in realtà i nostri progetti, fornendoci sempre riscontri precisi e tempestivi. Assolutamente consigliato e 5 stelle più che meritate A 360-degree service. Che sia un ambiente formato da professionisti competenti e super corretti si capisce già varcando la soglia dello show-room; tra noi e l’architetto che ci ha seguiti si è formato un vero e proprio sodalizio per cui Sara, una persona preparatissima e che raccomando, ci ha guidati passo passo in tutte le tematiche relative all’appartamento 1 anno e mezzo prima dell’effettiva realizzazione. Con il suo supporto è stato possibile configurare gli impianti ed i rivestimenti e poi, scegliere i mobili di tutti gli ambienti. Il risultato finale ci ha resi felici; i prodotti consigliatici ci hanno soddisfatto al 100%; non abbiamo avuto problemi relativi a misure o altro, grazie alla perizia del team Gelosa nelle misurazioni effettuate durante il sopralluogo. Ci siamo affidati e loro per arredare l’intera casa e sono stati superbi anche per quel che riguarda consegna e montaggio presso un 14 piano senza montacarichi. Il team montaggio è stato super efficiente ed hanno effettuato un ottimo lavoro, risultato egregio. Non è trascorso molto tempo dall’installazione delle forniture ma ho già avuto modo di interfacciarmi con Gelosa per qualche piccolezza; dimostrano sempre estrema cura del cliente anche post vendita. The end result made us happy; the products recommended to us satisfied us 100%; we had no problems with measurements or other, thanks to the expertise of the Gelosa team in the measurements made during the inspection. We relied on them to furnish the entire house and they were also superb with regards to delivery and assembly at a 14-floor without elevator. The editing team was super efficient and they did a great job, an excellent result. Not much time has passed since the installation of the supplies but I have already had the opportunity to interface with Gelosa for some small things; always show extreme customer care even after sales. Il progetto è stato seguito e rivisto più volte in base a tutte le nostre necessità ed esigenze. Quindi non è stato un progetto “standard” e senza possibilità di scelta. Anzi. Esattamente l’opposto. Francesca e Angelo e tutto lo staff hanno lavorato professionalmente e alla fine si è sviluppata una cucina esattamente come doveva essere fatta, sua in termini di spazi che di funzionalità. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati e il montaggio (avvenuto in 4 giorni) è stato fatto a regola d’arte. I montatori non avevano fretta. Ogni singolo pezzo è stato assemblato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Siamo stati soddisfatti. Nel corso della nostra vita, e con 3 traslochi alle spalle e diversi cambi di arredamento, devo ammettere che questa volta abbiamo veramente trovato professionalità. Consiglio sicuramente. We bought an Arrital AK05 kitchen from Gelosa Arredamenti. The project has been followed and reviewed several times according to all our needs and requirements.
