Per capirci meglio, il letto in eco pelle che perde pezzi “costato 1300 euro” e l’armadio che si è crepata la laccatura bianca “costato più di 3000 euro”... beh, in sostanza sappiamo non sia più in garanzia, ma abbiamo mandato 2 email con annesse foto e più di una telefonata per, almeno sapere cosa si potesse fare,.... mai ricevuto risposta.... se non la classica frase” le facciamo sapere”.... complimenti per il servizio! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! A good salesman is not distinguished by how good he is at selling, but by how much he can solve customer problems! ... we had a problem after 3 years with a bedroom. To understand better, the eco-leather bed that loses pieces "cost 1300 euros" and the wardrobe that cracked the white lacquer "cost more than 3000 euros" ... well, basically we know it's no longer under warranty, but we sent 2 emails with attached photos and more than a phone call to, at least know what could be done, .... never received an answer .... if not the classic phrase "let them know" .... congratulations for the service ! NOT RECOMMENDED!
